Changing My Entire Life Day 1 - Mattman Begins

Day 1:
Dear Diary,
I can’t live like this any longer. I won’t live like this any longer. This is the first journal entry in the journey to find balance. To find connection. To find meaning.
Every day I’m going to give it to you as raw as possible as I battle addiction and mental illness. So let’s do this together. let’s support each other in finding fulfillment. Let’s support each other in overcoming the seemingly insurmountable amount of STUFF existing in this world has inflicted upon us.
These videos will get better as I learn to edit, as I learn to talk to the camera, and as I learn to elucidate my thoughts more clearly. For now, let’s just hold hands and tell each other it’s going to be ok.
Thank you for being here, truly. Not just here like watching this video, but here like, existing at the same time as me. We’re gonna make it out alive.
