New grad here. Het Courtney, so glad you are posting again. Those 12 hour shifts will keep you on your toes and pump your heart with adrenalin. It will go by so fast, nothing like these boring lectures. Don''t worry if I can make it, you definitely will too!
Really, y'all know about her Too? I even thought I was the only one she has helped walk through the fears and falls of NCLEX Exam, Mrs ELISABETH has brought me out of the trenches and to a better living, I encourage repeat test taker to work with her.
Thanks to my friend that introduce me to her last week. Am happy the way she process her materials and how you will prepare yourself too for your coming exams. Even with the New update That’s coming up soon, She gave me me a clue of how the exam might come up for me and how I need to study Incase I schedule my test any time.

Hi Courtney! I'm starting my new grad residency very soon, and I'm super nervous. Your video couldn't have come at a better time. Thanks for sharing your first week with us. Good luck and I know you'll do great! 🥰💞
Please if your hospital has a virtual safety monitoring listen to the tech. They normally see stuff you can't. One thing I hated was nurses not listening to the techs.
Hey Courtney, great video!! I am starting my new grad program on Monday and I am nervous! I love your channel, totally motivational. Where did you get your alarm clock at? I need something like that, that forces me to get up out of bed.
Omg so exciting!!! I got it off Amazon- it’s a Hatch alarm clock. It’s pricey but has been totally worth it to me!! Best of luck to you in your program 🩵🩵
Hi, I'm currently graduating as a nurse in Italy, and in the next few years, I was thinking about moving to the US to work. I've tried to find all the information I need on the internet, but I'm having trouble understanding this last one. In the US, I've discovered that there are "two types of nursing roles", LPN and RN, but I'm unsure if every hospital has LPNs. I'm also curious if the differences in duties between LPNs and RNs are respected in reality, or if RNs are also responsible for tasks like cleaning, washing, and toileting. If anyone could help me with this inquiry, it would be greatly appreciated! 😊
Hi! LPNs and RNs have two different scopes of practice here where I live. When it comes to cleaning/washing/toileting- I feel like thats a teamwork thing! Hope this helps 🫶🏼
my mother has been working as a senior nurse for more than 20 years... it's incredible what a complicated medicine, and what a salary..what a guide, but still somehow we live, in 2000-2018 the po was small, now in another large hospital in the city she is already working as a "senior" nurse in the department of premature babies, and this is really very difficult.😊
I am new grad and started my residency last week. Sadly I failed my nclex. I am taking it again next month, but I am worried that I will loose my position if I don't pass this time. I already signed a contract for two years if I fail will the get rid of me ? 😢 I need advice
You totally should!! I use the canon g7x mark iii or my iPhone depending on where im at lol and then I use iMovie and epidemic sound. thanks so much for watching🥹
Hi loved your video ❤ I just graduated and plan to do a nurse residency program soon. Q: Do you also get paid for the class hours as well or just floor hours?(Ps: trying to organize my funds for when I start/ lol)
People who ‘run late per usual’…..do it because they get some payout from it. She made it thru the RN degree program so she knows how not to be late. She just has to admit why she does it.
Ease up on the like, like, like like ....... Good luck with residency program. Nursing is a difficult and rewarding career and I'm sure you will do well.
