Thanks for the videos, really informative. I'm going for my third API cert next month and it's going to be my 653, good to see someone that finds stuff like this interesting

Yes, I'm a self avowed geek about inspection and mechanical things

Thanks for the encouragement. My channel may be one of the slowest growing and specialized channels on YT

Hey Eric! Love the videos! Here looking for some advice if you don’t mind. 😬 So I have been a Level II X-RAY Tech for 10 years and looking to get out and move on to something more interesting. Most
X-ray guys move on to CWI to be inspectors on pipelines and fab shops but I don’t really see myself doing that. I really enjoy these videos of you inside tanks and can see myself doing that. What cert would you recommend I get first to get my foot in the door? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thank you sir and keep up the good work and videos!

In order to answer your question, I have to know what kind of RT have you been doing. Just random call out work? Embedded in a run and maintain facility? Do you have turnaround experience? Do you have other level II certs? Why don't you see yourself doing CWI type inspections?
Depending upon the answers for these questions......
