Does the added EQ presets in app add anything to it? Does the + Bass and + Treble preset actually make certain songs sound better and does the "Voice" preset make the podcasts sound clearer? Thanks.
Yes and yes. The change is instantaneous , so you can tell the difference and it does make a difference. It’s a shame you can’t make your own EQ but it might come in an app update.
Great speaker right! As for the firmware, not sure unfortunately. Maybe an issue their end, so maybe a further update that will actually install. Not sure, reach out to Marshall if you’re concerned.
I bought it and it only keeps playing around 4 hours at full volume and full charge. That's really disturbing. According to marketing it should last 30+ hours at 50% volume.
4hrs! Blimey. Admittedly we didn’t have it at 100% volume but it lasts days of use while working 8hrs or so. I can’t imagine volume would offer such drastic reduction. Might be worth speaking with Marshall
@@TechNuovo Yeah I found a review that says the first version lasts about 6.5 hours at full volume so this one should last like 9.75 hours. After 4 hours of playing at full volume I had just last battery indicator on the speaker. I probably have to return it.
@@TechNuovo Hi. Just quick update. I tested it for about 19 and half hours at 50% volume and it still had 40% of battery life after that, so the marketing is probably right. And it indeed lasts just 4-5 hours at full volume.
@@Mr.Caligos hey I've gotten mine this week. It's kinda disappointing though. I had checked with Marshall customer service before purchasing, they did confirm it should work 15 at least on max volume. So gonna check with them about it. I've barely used it for an hour for the past 3 days, max volume and it's down to 40% from 100.
@@TechNuovo Some reviewers put easily Bose soundlink flex in front of Emberton 2. What is your opinion? I like Emberton's design a lot, not so much of Bose, just ordinary unit. Cheers!
I’d say it depends on your style of music. If you listen to hip hop or dance music where bass is paramount, the Soundlink is probably your best bet. If listening to instrumental, classical, guitar, and/or vocal heavy music then I think the Emberton II would be better. Plus the Emberton II has much better battery life and can be stacked.

Loving this speaker so far. On the Marshall app, it prompts for a firmware update but never completes. Any suggestions?

Does it fit on a pocket of cycling jersey?
i don't think it would fit bro
@@arnelasonto1805 demn.😜I was hoping it would.
They’re quite stretchy right? The jersey I had, had three pockets, two small and one large, it might. Right though and probably very uncomfortable!
@@TechNuovo thier made of Lycra...stretchy it is. As long as it would not create heat upon using it...I guess it would be fine for a 60min ride.😜

@@aaronlobo496 No it doesn't work that way. It's alright. The speaker plays 30+ hours at half of volume.
Is it stereo or mono like the willen
Mono unless you pair with another one, then a stereo sound.
@@TechNuovo I assumed stereo from the form factor . Thanks
It is a stereo, but it is placed on front and back position.
