You need a fly barless setup. Get training gear to keep from flipping over and most important, contact an experience RC pilot who can teach you how to fly. Very lucky didn't damage that heli. And for your and everyone's safety, never be that close to the bird. 15'-20' distance minimum

Try out flying on a flight simulator
I can just about fly on the simulator, flips, rolls etc.. but this felt totally alien… like it was gonna self destruct 🤣
