How to make custom record dividers on a CNC machine. I know using a CNC machine isn't super practical for this really easy item, but I didn't want to engrave two sides of every piece by hand, and I was making two sets.
I used scrap pieces of luan underlayment I had sitting around. All in all, a MUCH less expensive option than the first product I clicked on. I calculate about $400 in savings (insert laughing emoji face here). Yay for saving money.
I model my CNC files in Vectric Aspire.
Engraving - 60 deg. v-bit
Outline cutout - 1/8" upcut spiral endmill

I had the same reaction when I priced a cnc machine.
Fair. But the same job could also be done with a template and a router.
Would you consider selling 1 or 2 sets of these?
Safety second? LOL
