I kinda miss when high school wasn't cherry picked talent. Used to be kids fighting for their own home town and now kids move hundreds of miles to play for a juiced up team. I understand that its to challenge the players and to show their skills off to a recruiter but that ain't fun. I'd rather play with the boys I grew up with.
Should put these schools all in a Private Select HS football rank. REAL HS football is played through public schools like in Texas and most other southern states.
Texas has massive schools.... They probably have about 150 schools with at least 2,500 kids and some of the bigger ones like Allen probably have 6,000+ kids Most states aren't like that, I think my state only has about 10 schools with 2,500+ kids and none over 4,000 like Texas. And it's really no secret that all the big schools with good football programs get kids moving there from all over the state even if they are a public school just to have a chance to play at a big time school. The best team in the biggest classification in my state has won like 6 of the last 11 titles in my state and have won 9+ games like every year, even when they don't win the title, then the best team from the second biggest classification has won like 8 of the last 12 at that level and they have also won 9+ games every year during thier run, would have been 10 of the last 12 if one of the teams mentioned in this video didn't revamp their program and take over. Both of those teams are Public Schools but have talent from all over the state, and even some from out of state moving there so they are really good every year.
Not exactly. Look at schools like hutto, aledo, liberty hill, wimberly, celina...Plenty of other schools as well. They've all got great programs and they're more than half the size of those schools. Some not even exceeding 1000. If size is all that matters then the plano schools should win every year. They're massive. Also, most schools, especially when I was in HS (2006-2009) had less than 2k per school. I've seen a huge influx in the population in these schools, which is the reason they're building so many new HS's. It's true, some students are able to move to schools whom have better programs, but that's rarely the case. These aren't rich private school kids. These are middle to low class public school kids. Almost all large schools in Texas have a decent program. It's a schools history that might be having people risk it all to move there. Texas has some powerhouse programs, but every school has a chance. I'd say it comes down to coaching, rather than just athleticism in Texas. I looked up Allen's school enrollment and I saw 4000, not 6k. 150 schools sounds like a bit of a stretch too, but I could be wrong.
SFAsalas 4,000 is probably not counting 9th grade. Add that in and that's were that 6,400+ number comes from I saw. Texas has over 1,000 schools that play football and have like 28 million people so having 150 with 2,000+ isn't bad. My state only has 3 million, with about 10 schools that have 2,000+ and maybe 110 total football teams 🤔
SFAsalas And those Plano schools are huge fucking schools playing against other huge ass schools. Even when they don't have the best players to compete at the highest level in Texas they are still typically ranked in the top 3,000 of like 15,000 in the country just off of sheer numbers
IMG vs East(Utah). Should be interesting because both teams are loaded with size. IMG has the speed advantage though. I said that about De La salle but they got bullied up front and lost at home against EAST.
You would be a minimum 3star qb/rb prospect.. If your whole offensive line was 6'3-6'4 avg 280-290 minimum basically recruiting, and playing a JV division 1 team. A Hs coach should not be making 6figures
whonose 37 new jerseys really underrated they have a lot of great talent even though it's a small state. I went up against Bergen Catholic at a football camp and in a 25 minute game they dropped 42 on us, they're pretty legit.
whonose 37 what the fuck are you saying the big north is arguably the best conference in the country with St Joes, Former #1 team in the country Bosco (who smoked aquianas in 2014) , Bergen Catholic, Paramus Catholic, and St Peters. Bosco was one of the best high school teams ever while beating La Salle in 2009. And jersey always shows out vs out of state competition. Kid you don't know what you are saying...

My left ear loved this vid
no chowchilla or fresnohigh
ski mask the slump GoD Fresno ain't good as Central or Buchanan
Fresno High schedule is laughable compared to Sanger, Clovis West or Edison.
Gabe Newell The Protector Central has the hardest schedule in the valley because they play de la salle
MM Island True, but then again that's one team.
It's the same damn teams every year
Its because most of these are private schools and can recruit, they arent your standard public schools.
Live in Texas, but I fuq with Miami Central. 💯
Steele plays lake travis and judson and other top schools in Texas
Westbrook high school (Texas)
What about Katy?
