Great your video. Thanks a lot. The pedal has really amazing sounds for playing metal. My question would be.... Which is better between this pedal and the fullbore metal mxr. I find a similarity, in my opinion. I may be wrong, but I would like to know which one is better. I find the fullbore very good for making heavy accompaniments but it doesn't convince me to do solos. I don't know if this empress has that big difference.
Im listening on an ipad.... i could BARELY hear a difference. Certainly not enough to justify buying a full set of tubes. Clip B seemed slightly darker, so im gonna guess that's the 6L6's. Clip A being the EL34s
