Deb is such a lovely woman who is as character filled as her home. I love how bright and colourful she has made her home. It's definitely an uplifting place to walk into! There's a lot of thought that has gone into designing this home in a way that it fits her needs perfectly. We hope you enjoy the tour. Thank-you for watching and supporting our show! With Love, Bryce & Rasa
I'm sister number 3 and i can tell you, our family are all so proud of the homes my sisters have created for themselves. They are very different from each other, but perfectly reflect each of their personalities and fit their lifestyles to a tee! Fantastic episode to watch. I know the house and yet i was excited to have Deb show 'me' through! 😂
When I was getting divorced, many people told me that I needed to buy something that was Just For Me. This woman has done that with this house! Everything in it reflects her tastes and her personality. I especially love that she's got a bathtub!
This is gorgeous! When Deb said "the home is mine, no one can come along and move me from it, and say 'You cant live here anymore', so I've got that security," that encapsulates the reality of so many older women. So many of us don't live with home security after divorce, after spending so much of our lives working hard at a job or raising kids, it's shocking. I'm so glad there are options like this, for us to find a place of our own and feel that sense of security. Beautiful job Deb! ❤❤
Absolutely! There's currently a case of a 94-year-old woman (I believe she's in San Francisco) who has lived in the same apartment for 80 years who is fighting eviction (since the new building owners want to empty it and sell it for a profit). An absolute shame.
Your societies decided you don't need religion anymore. Where I live no kid let's his mother to fend alone for herself. Mothers are revered and respected and live with Thier kids if they chose to do so surrounded by family. Why? Because religion teaches us paradise is at the feet of your mother. A sad state is that of the western women indeed. Strong independent and empowered they say. Alone; desolate and scared I say.
Deb is the first empty nester who has not only inspired me but also reassured me that I too can be full of vitality and so stylish. I love her high standards yet she is so calm and naturally charismatic. Her home - amazing!! Now where are my weights I want her arms ❤
She chose excellent pink shade for the door and the vanity dresser. The home is so vibrant and has such a good energy. Though pink is not my colour I can totally see myself joyously living there. She has created a fabulous home indeed.
Pleased Bryce bought up the conversation about the doll...🤣🤣🤣 But what a stunning home...Loved every bit of her home, including her cat's and they're area...Ka Pai ❤❤❤
I don't normally comment on your videos, silent watcher here lol. I had to this time. Deb your home is absolutely stunning and my favorite by far! The colors the over all look. Well done! Thank you for sharing.
I love Deb's tiny home with its pink touches on the door, artwork, cushions, and wallpaper. The furry ones have some great places to hang out too, along with their cat patio. Lovely and cozy place to live, and conveniently close to her sister's tiny home! Thanks for sharing. Jenny
What I love so far watching this series is that most women who get a tiny house feel empowered! They put their perdónala style and attention to detail in every corner , love it.
This is so cute!! If I were her sister, after seeing this interview, I would sneak into her house and move that doll 1 inch every day over the course of a week lol! That's the benefit to living next to family...the pranks lol!
This layout is so perfect. Well use of space and it looks so roomy. That upstairs is gorgeous. And that Catio - we all know who rules the home when you have cats! Nice lady!
Oh my goodness, this place is adorable. It does feel like a dollhouse. I just love all the soft pink, and that flower wallpaper. My husband and I don't share a bedroom (he snores and farts all night, I toss and turn 😂😂) so i can at least have a girly bedroom. At the moment I share a room with our 2 yr old little girl until we finish remodeling and we are keeping it so cute and girly and I think we need that wallpaper on one of our walls.
What makes it extra special is her sister. Sharing shed for dryer and solar power. Never really alone but can be if you want. Also a cat sitter when needed. Must be very close. Love the house. Enjoy retirement when it comes!
I think this is the most liveable tiny I've ever seen. I would definitely have this design as a forever home myself. Linda has done an awesome job here ❤
I watch you all the time, Bryce. I can't remember commenting before. I love that you are so kind to every person you interview and bring out the positives of their choices. That is what this is most about to me. Choices for them. My husband and I live in a 16 by 24 square foot home in Virginia. It is not completed with deck and such and still working on the inside while living here. We downsized from a huge home and retired. Nineteen acres and contented beyond what I even expected. We are not fancy here, just practical and happy to have leisure time. As we get money, we do the next thing and did not quit living to do it, if that makes sense.
Your post is very similar to my wife and I’s life! We live in less than 500 square feet home, on 7 fully wooded acres. We are both now retired, completely grateful for and deeply appreciating the simple and meaningful life we have. Everything is easy, simple, and minimalistic overall, in terms of household possessions. We each have a tiny separate art studio - not so minimalistic in those locations. Haha! It’s all good! Each day really is a gift, isn’t it? All the best to you! Much happiness!
I have a greenhouse and he has a pumphouse with his tools etc and the generator and my wringer washer. I have a clothesline to dry and I pay more attention to the weather for my garden and the laundry. A dog completes the peace of our world@@papabear2515
I really like this home. So bright and cheerful inside! She seems like an awesome and fun person with two absolutely adorable kitties! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us Deb❤
Lovely. Im indian and i envy the low population of the Western countries and so much open space. Im 40 and increasingly thinking that there's no point to owning big houses. Im single so all i need are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a liv8ng area. But i need a big garage for my motorcycles. We dont even have the space to build something like this with so much open space. She must be having so much fun. 👍
I can only imagine what a comfort at a time of great change and emotional upheaval...The chance to pour into your own needs, by examining your lifestyle, your preferences, your comforts. So glad for her.
What an inspiration! Love seeing this woman embrace what she wants and loves in her home and making it beautifully feminine and to her image. Thriving with a bunch of cats, a bathtub, pink everywhere and no man in sight 🫶
I think this perfectly encapsulates why I love tiny home content - it's the personality that can be in every nook and cranny! What a beautiful soul she is.
sometimes I see the most beautiful builds like this one and then they show how much they spent on it & you know it's most likely even more than they disclosed and it's like wow!
I truly wish here in the USA we could do this, more. We can’t just hold our own tiny home in our own home towns. Sure there are tiny home communities…but not on my own property. What a gorgeous home you have!
Can't believe how far tiny houses have come since a decade-or-so ago, when they were teeny-tiny and made with recycled wood! All the comfort, elegance and comfort you need, now!
Lovely house for this lovely lady. She was such a joy to watch and I’m really happy that she has found peace. God bless her sweet soul. 🎀💐 May she stay safe and healthy.
What a lovely home! And so wonderful to see how Deb's eyes light up as she talks about the various features and the thinking behind her choices! Love the cat features as well.
This home is SO full of character, I found myself smiling throughout the whole video just watching each space and how it reflects Deb so much. She's such a jovial person and you can tell she put a lot of love and effort into making this home hers. Anyone would be lucky to be her neighbour, you can just tell she lights up the room as soon as she walks in - just as the home beams bright too!
I am IN LOVE with that shade of pink on that sliding wall/door! I used to adore pink when I was a child. Everything in my room was pink - the bed, the dressers, the bedding, probably the curtains. (I can't recall.) I burned myself out on it and could not look at anything pink for decades. I've since recovered. I could look at that door all day!
I had pink shoved down my throat as a little girl. Pink shag rug, pink curtains, pink bedspread, pink wallpaper, white furniture with pink roses on them. Whatever wasn't pink BECAME pink the moment the overhead light (with its pink glass shade) was turned on. As a child, I knew a dream was about to become a nightmare when a salmon-y shade of pink began to wash over the scene. Suffice it to say, I have hated pink ever since. That's one of few tiny houses I would happily live in just as it is 😍 I could even move in with her and the cats 😂 Seriously, a great house!
I hope we get to see the other sister's home!
I love the tiny home’s character! Who is the builder?
Hi sister #3 👋 what a cool, innovative fam you have! Including your builder dad and his apprentice 😂❤
Also you can tell how much the environment and a light footprint mean to them, totally inspirational
1st tiny house I have seen where the steps have a banister. I love it!
The pink door is sensational! I love it!
A beautiful home that reflects the personality of the owner so perfectly! I hope she has many happy years to enjoy it.
I agree with you. And
It's beautiful..

I love the bathtub!
I love the bath tub too would have to have a tub love my bubble bath
Her house is so unapologetically feminine. I love it!

@@ghofranesalhi7386 Good grief. You are pretty tunnel visioned. The woman I spoke of has outlived her family and lives alone.
Not only older but also younger women.
@@Ddrhl hmmm. I was not necessarily answering your comment. I was talking about western societies in general.
I love her home. She is a warm welcoming lady. She has truly made her tiny to show her charm.
Deb that pink door is stunning!!!!

Well, I've never seen a pink kitchen, but that was beautiful I must admit.
This is such a lovely home and in a great setting. What I love the most is that her sister lives next door!
I wish we could have seen her sister's home, too! Maybe it will be in another video.
All the sunlight and the breezes coming through really make a difference.
More than the lovely tiny house with a lovely bath, I just love the spontaneous conversation in this episode👍

hey! 3AM here in my side of the world & about to get some sleep when I get this notification.
Nope. Not yet. Have to watch this first.
She has an immaculately elegant sense of style. Thanks for showing us such a fashionable, simple, and elegant tiny house.
This is a lovely tiny home. Its feminine charm has a very soothing effect. I absolutely loved the kitchen with those pink tiles and the retro fridge 🙂
