Yes. For me it was like. Why do I listen to this sh*t, it does not tell me anything important anyway? After that I stopped listen to it and today I hear it sometimes, but I don't focus on it because I know deep in my mind it has nothing important to tell me, and soon enough I don't hear it anymore. / Micke P

I live in australia and have no hope of getting any help,no dr knows,told me to see a psychologist for gods sake! I have tried everything,it is so high pitched now it was low now high,it clicks it beeps it screeches and drills into my brain. Ill b in a psych ward soon. I keep trying all of what steve is saying. Im trying to believe but guys its been 6 years it manifested after neck surgery and it increased after a big life crisis. No one understands theres no empathy in this country. Humans be like not experiencing it myself so it does not concern them. 🤷‍♀️ its getting worse not better no matter what i do. Except red wine that shuts it up completely. Psych ward or alcoholism these are my choices. Fantastic!
Ill just go put on a raging thunderstorm in my airpods it works but im not available to anyone and i cant think straight. Your channel is good but unhelpful to me at this late stage as there is no cure,if you say to me its mind over matter im gonna run screaming into the night! Sick of all this its all in your head,well of course it is,idiots! 🌵

there are different causes. Noise induced is the most common one.

@@h3xag0nal but not always. I have very sensitive hearing and it is sharp as a button. But I still developed tinnitus. Always avoided loud places.
