​@@alicmixes yes and no. Auto Reframe is for converting a video into another size. So for example you have a 16:9 video and want to upload it to Instagram as 9:16. Premiere then automatically tracks the important part to be in the frame. But it's really just deciding what to crop away

AE gives more control over everything. So it's like Premiere is for beginners and after one reaches a certain level, AE welcomes them :) (in terms of effects and graphics)

Right click -> Replace with an After Effects Composition -> Window -> Tracker -> UA-cam tutorial in case you don't know how to use Stabilize motion -> Save -> Close Ae and back to Pr
