  • New series - prep & repurpose!! This week we prepped a handful of things and are going to show you how we are going to repurpose them throughout the week.
    I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen over the weekend, but I do know how beneficial a little meal prep can be. It takes the guesswork out of mealtime during the week and helps set you up for a successful week.
    What we prepped:
    - roasted veggies (cauliflower, beets, & sweet potatoes)

    love this idea!! It does eliminate that "what are we having for dinner tonight?" issue, which drives me crazy when nothing is out of the freezer!!!
