If use for mooncake filling, substitute starch with glutinous rice flour. Keep in fridge about 1 week. Freezer can last a month to 3 months. Less sugar no problem. More sugar last longer

Can you use banana leaves instead of pandan?
Hmm 🤔 never tried but don’t think it’s suitable. Pandan has a very fragrant smell something like vanilla pod. So recommend to use pandan
