Forme, the tail is the best part but the tomalley is the second-best part. I really should try this year to switch from boiling mine to steaming them.

It's amazing how I take for granted the art of eating a lobster. Born and bred along the Down East coast of Maine, I certainly learned at a young age, how to get into "dem lobstahs" ( along with the steamed clams and the sweet shrimp).

You wanna talk torture? There's a youtube video of how to eat alaskan king crab legs and one of the legs had MASSIVE meat! Looks sooooo good and I was dying to have that! There I was, watching it and not able to eat it while she sits there and eats it for us to watch. OMG that was torture! lol

Im watching this bc I looove crab but have never really had lobster, I tried a piece and it was a bit like crab claw (which I am not a big fan of) so I never tried it again. Now that I'm starting to overcome the texture of a crab claw, I want to give lobster another try. I wish I could watch you do a crab.
