Hi Gillian ! I have to tell you first of all i love your channel and you’ve inspired me so much to eat right and it helps that you’re a mom the same age as me so i really connected with your channel. I have to tell you, i started my first ever juice fast 10 days ago because of Shayne Sterling and i didn’t know how long id want to go, i always wanted to get Mucoid plaque out but never thought i could do it while my kids are young and i was so busy but yesterday on Day 9 of my juice fast i had my First ever Colonic appointment and a huge chunk of Mucoid plaque came out !! I was shocked !!!! Its absolutely real i saw it with my own eyes !! Next time you do a juice cleanse try doing a 3 sessions of colonics its amazing!!! Best thing i ever did i felt 10 pounds lighter after my first session !! Its crazy how much stuff is stuck in there !!

Lou's given me an idea to pre-prep my granola overnight its a bio mix of flax pumpkin coconut flakes etc ill pre prep w/almond milk in fridge so they are soaking and more 'active'...can you check with Lou if i should soak them in water then drain put in granola and add almond milk or just add almond milk leave overbnight?

@@pamtewes5276 good news Pam its a ready made organic granola by brand diet food it has flax and sesame seeds and others pumpkin and I just add a few dates and some cocoa nibs seperatly and soak in almond milk overnight

He most likely dyes his hair and gets a tan. He doesn't look that young if you imagine him with grey hair and pale...

I was with him 3 weeks ago did you see on IG the pic I posted of him ? no filter he looks and radiates youth !!!!!!! he also has more energy than anyone I've ever met and what's more important that that ? especially at 73!!!! it all comes from within !!!

Young organic Coconut is waaaay to expensive here. Would never get non organic and that's too expensive too. It would cost about $40 or more to make it with coconut. And getting it shipped is out of the question. Can anything else be used since coconut is out?
Is he married? Did he become a father recently? He was talking on one video about not being defined by his age.
he's amazing but no way am i gonna do all that to make yogurt. not in my budget either.
