Hey Chris! I’m Alejandro from Venezuela but living in Spain since 6 months ago. You’ve been an inspiration for me since I first met you in UA-cam. Consistently for two year I’ve been training with your videos and got a some transformation in my body and mindset. Sadly about 3 month ago I was hit by a car here in Madrid and I suffered an acromioclavicular dislocation and got surgery, everything was fine but the physical and mostly the mental challenge have been really hard. I can't wait for the day I make my first pull up or push up again! For now I’m working my core and my legs, please keep posting and doing your thing because that is part of what keep me on track, not only with your routines but with your lifestyle. I’m vibing everyday to achieve one day some of what you’re doing and what part of my dreams are. Thanks for to you and your team everything! Hope to meet you one day here in Madrid or anywhere. I needed to find something to get back from a serious back injury last year and stumbling upon your videos has changed my life. I'm working out every day and have built some decent strength in the last 8 months. Also dropped about 8kgs in the process. Keep on inspiring the world Chris!

Recently went on a 2 week vacation with no gym nearby, followed along a calisthenics leg day video of yours and recognized you from years ago! I think it was cool that you brought in a female guest today because a lot of the progressions you and your male homies do are still very far away from what I'd be able to pull of. I'm still interested in getting into calisthenics more and want to add more functional strength to my skill set so it would be cool if you could show even more basic progressions in your next videos. Amazing video, I can do wall walks, I switched to training incline pike pushups 😁with one arm now, also I can do dips on bars, I switched to doing bench dips with one arm, I usually do pushups workouts elevated, it takes about an hour since its more tiring, now Iam doing all incline sometimes with one arm and I can literally do it in less than 15 minutes. Thanks for your tip Chris which you said dont go hard always but be consistent even if doing easy.
