@@CHRISHERIA Sure did, hoping to see you and Jeff collab for a video as I'm also his subscriber just like yours ...so hope Jeff takes this as constructive criticism and initiate a collab with you.
@@CHRISHERIAYO CHRIS you have to make a video on this guy called Ian Barseagle. He’s like 210 lbs and 6’1” so he’s pretty big for a calisthenics guy. He’s one of the strongest people I’ve ever seen in bodyweight exercises and his physique is ridiculous. You have to check him out
@@CHRISHERIA about Jeff Nippard and the lateral raises for example, the first step is about to tire your mouscles and then even without weight you are getting good hypertrophic stimulus (ofc when you cant afford any weights and only for building muscle ) there is no other way to work out the side delt without equipment altought its still not that good, youre doing great job but everyone can be wrong sometimes.
Chris is for real the KING OF CALISTHENICS, I'm like so dead serious. Chris Heria is the goat, and he pushes anyone to meet their limits and become the best version of themselves like never before
Well, if you are body builder isolation its where its all about. And im talking pure body builder, even the strenght is aside. Isolation is everything. Not my cup of tea, Im on the other isde, strenght elasticity, movement, thats whats important to me, to be "capable" in one word, and body looks is whats comes a side effect

Jeff was infuriating to watch back in the day when he released these videos. I was a bit of a fan but seeing how clueless he was about some exercises made me realize how egregious some of his claims are. He's got a video about "planche" where he does a crappy elbow lever too. What he's able to do is pretty impressive but he's not qualified to teach the movements at all
So many familiar faces in this one lol. It's fun to see your authentic reaction haha. 13:25 ("This is almost infuriating to watch"🤣) and 20:00(-Jeff(doing pistol squat): "bam!" -Chris: 😆alright💀) Proper form is absolutely crucial. Learning from your videos guarantee that🖤
Hey Chris. Following you for so long ❤. Your videos introduced me to calisthenics but I then went into the path of bodybuilding, love you man ❤. Bro waiting for a nice giveaway 🎉❤
Damn! Those gym influencers showing how to do some calisthenics skills in the wrong way could be dangerous for some people! Thank u for this vid, it get's you to think how much things that you don't know are being taught wrongly! be careful with the fitness influencers and always double check that what you are watching is correct!! Keep the grind guys❤💪🏾🔥
I’ve been watching Chris since 2017 when I was 15 doing the follow along calisthenics videos, now I’m 16 and from 122lbs I became 463lbs achieving my dream physique and can now do a one handed backwards planche transitioning to a one handed handstand without bending my spine. Thanks so much man 🙏🏼💯
I actually bench pressed 80kg for the first time today. It is roughly my body weight so that was kind of a milestone. I'm almost 40 and started working out because of back problems and I usually work out alone, so I am staying away form my limit and only press weights I can lift at least 5-10 reps a set but today a friend of mine joined me working out. Felt pretty good. I could not however squat 130kg. Women have really strong legs and glutes.
Hi Chirs, I been following you for years now, never used a weighted vest before but I would like to give it a try. I am 74 kilos, only been doing calisthenics and running. What do you recommend?
13:23 here for the athlean x slander. absolutely love how chris is roasting this guy who is just as bad of a fitness guru as v-shred. “jeff still has a lot to learn” thank gawd someone else said it
I mean Jeff cavaliere is not a pro at calisthenics but the guy is a pshyical therapist who graduated from one of better Schools in the US and has Been coaching a professional sports team about training and physical therapy so even though Chris has a lot of knowledge, jeff knows Way more about the anatomy of the body which is why he does not like the muscle up as your shoulders are very vulnerable in the transition from pull up to dip. At last everything is relative so Chris cant really critique the advise as it aplies to almost everyone trying to get good at muscle ups at first. But please do not compare him to V-shred😂
@ jeff is like v shred with a degree, I would even put mike isratel and greg doucette over jeff. his knowledge of calisthenics and his technique are poor, he is also very deceptive and just like jeff nippard he will display exercises he doesn’t do in his own training program. overall terrible coach and anyone who swears by his content is just as lost as anyone could ever be. I would hate to be stuck in limbo with athlean x as my choice of “fitness guru”
@@larshansen9313As someone who can do slow muscle up and as Chris said in the video if you use mometun sure it have a high risk of injury but it's the same as doing biceps curl and using your lower back to lift the weight. @@HakimBeyYT i see where you Come from but they all have Their skills and if it was Down to training and nutrition i would choose jeff over Chris. jeff wouldn’t have been a top level coach if he did not know what he was doing. But calisthenics wise i would go with Chris

Probably he would.
He is literally against compound exercises and promotes isolation exercises.
So he basically has no balance only strength.
