Well. Pretty sure if he tried to pull any of these arguments in court, any law license he had would be vanishing... eventually. Does- or did- he have a law license? It doesn't sound like it.
So in other words Reiketa is a bad lawyer when it comes to this topic. And we learn he's been credibly charged with crimes and he has really poor gun safety. Chud Law. He seems a rather deeply unpleasant person.

From my understanding he went to school and passed the bar and had a small firm in his small town.
