ഇതു പോലെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു മനസിലാക്കിക്കാൻ ഒരു ഡോക്ടറും ചെയ്യാറില്ല,ഓരോ സിംപ്‌റ്റംത്തിനും ഓരോ മരുന്നുകൾ കുറിക്കും,കൂടിയാൽ ഓപ്പറേഷന് നിർബന്ധിക്കും,എല്ലാത്തിലും കമ്മീഷൻ കിട്ടും,നിങ്ങളെ പോലെ നല്ല ഡോക്ടർമാർ വിരലിൽ എണ്ണാവുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളു,ഒത്തിരി നന്ദി

EMI പോലെ ഇൻസുലിനും മരുന്നുകൾക്കും മാസാമാസം ചിലവാക്കുന്നതിന് പകരം ഒറ്റയടിക്ക് കാശ് വാങ്ങിക്കുന്നു. ഡോക്ടറെ കാണാൻ പോകുന്ന ചിലവും ഇല്ലാതാക്കാം. 😀😀 ഇൻഷ്വറൻസ് ഇല്ലല്ലോ. പക്ഷേ എനിക്ക് തൈറോയ്ഡ് മുഴ കണ്ടു പിടിച്ചപ്പോൾ ബ്ലഡ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ കണ്ട HBA1C 9.2 ബോഡീ വെയ്റ്റ് 83 KG എന്ന അളവും ഡോക്ടർമാരെയൊന്നും കൺസൾട്ട് ചെയ്യാതെ ഡെയ്ലി 5 കി മി നടത്തം , മില്ലറ്റ് (തിന) കഴിച്ചുള്ള ആഹാര നിയന്ത്രണവും വഴി ഒരു മാസം കൊണ്ട് 7.2, 77Kg എന്നിങ്ങനെ കുറച്ചു. ആ രീതി തുടർന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

ചെറിയ തോതിൽ pressure നും Sugar - നും മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കുന്നവർ. അതെങ്ങനെ ഒഴിവാക്കാമെന്ന് ഒരു vedeo ചെയ്യണം. കൂടാതെ exercise ന്റെ കാര്യവും ഒരു 60 വയസ്സ് കഴിഞ്ഞ വർക്ക്.
ഞാൻ ഒന്നിനും മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കുന്നില്ല. Chest പൈൻ മാത്രെ ഉള്ളൂ. ചിലവ് എത്രയാകും ചികിത്സക്ക്.
