Madam, എനിക്ക് 55 വയസ്സുണ്ട് പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് വലിയ കുഴപ്പങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും തന്നെയില്ല പക്ഷെ ഏകദേശം 5 വർഷമായി blood പ്രഷർ 100/150 ആണ്, കുറക്കാൻ മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കാതെ എന്തൊക്കെ ചെയ്തിട്ടും കുറയുന്നില്ല, medicine ഒന്നും ഇതുവരെയും കഴിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. എനിക്ക് ഉറക്കം കുറവാണു, അതായിരിക്കും കാരണം എന്നു ഞാൻ അനുമാനിക്കുന്നു, ഉറക്കം നല്ലോണം കുറവ് തന്നെയാണ് എന്നാലും ഉറങ്ങാൻ കിടക്കാൻ എന്നും കൃത്യമായി എന്നും 10:30 ക്കു മുമ്പായി കിടക്കും, കുറേശ്ശേ അസിഡിറ്റി ഉണ്ട് അതിനു endoscopy ചെയ്തു നോക്കി കുഴപ്പമില്ല മരുന്നൊന്നും വേണ്ട എന്നാണ് doctor പറഞ്ഞത്. ഈ പ്രഷർ എങ്ങനെ നോർമൽ ആക്കാം അതിനായി എന്തു ചെയ്യണം????

Normal ആയി നിൽക്കുന്നു.60വയസു പ്രായമുണ്ട്. ഈ സോഡിയതിന്റെ അളവ് എങ്ങനെ കുറക്കാൻ കഴിയും. അധിക വണ്ണമില്ല 68kg തൂക്കം. എന്നോട് ഒരാഴ്ചക്കുള്ളിൽ ഓപ്പറേഷൻ ചെയ്യണം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡേഞ്ചർ ആവും എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. ഞാൻ ചെയ്തില്ല. ഇപ്പോൾ കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് ചികിത്സ 2018 ആണ് 5ബ്ലോക്ക്‌ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. 100%, 95%, 90%, 80%, 40%എന്നായിരുന്നു റിസൾട്ട്.

GFR ഒരു തരം കണക്ക് കൂട്ടൽ ആയിട്ടാണ് തോന്നുന്നത്. Creatinine level, ആളിൻ്റെ പ്രായം, തൂക്കം ഇവ മൂന്നും നോക്കി ഒരു നിഗമനം. ഒരാളുടെ തൂക്കം, creatinine level രണ്ടും മാറുന്ന ഘടകങ്ങൾ ആണ്. അപ്പോൾ creatinine 1.3 യില് നിന്നും 0.9 ആകുമ്പോൾ GRF മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടു എന്നാണോ? അതുപോലെ തൂക്കം എൻപതിൽ നിന്നും 60 ആയാൽ GFR മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടു എന്നാണോ? ഈ കണക്ക് കൂട്ടൽ അനുസരിച്ച് എൻ്റെ kidney കുറെയൊക്കെ damaged ആണെന്ന് റിസൾട്ട് വന്നു. ഞാൻ പരിഭ്രമിച്ചു പോയി. പുഷ്പഗിരി ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ പോയി മൂത്രത്തിൻ്റെ അളവ് വെള്ളം കുടിച്ചതിന് മുൻപും പിൻപും, scanning എല്ലാം ചെയ്തു. കുഴപ്പം ഒന്നും ഇല്ല എന്ന് nephrology dept head പറഞ്ഞു. അന്ന് 1.3 ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന creatinine പിന്നീട് 0.9 വന്നു. അപ്പോൾ moderately damaged kidney തനിയെ normal ആയോ?

You can’t say with absolute certainty what you have inferred is correct . Many people who have undergone bypass and angioplasty are leading perfect lives for many decades . Such i medical interventions prolonged their lives
if you don't have budget don't fall for these they charge huge amount of fee for their treatment.normal people can't afford it

My blood pressure recently measured 140/90, once 150/ 90 . I consulted my cardiologist . He started me on pressure medicine. Around four yrs ago I had angiogram done . Found I have 30% block in one of the small coronary arteries . They said nothing to worry but take ecospirin 75 mg once a day. Really I don’t like to take this medicine. I am 70 yrs oldd has family history
Please advice . My echocardiogram shows mild ischemia . No other problem like sugar cholesterol. LFT normal . KFT all normal. I do yoga, walk daily active person. But bit stressed. I need your advice please
