Overall, a lot of potential. Great price for the location and size. I’d make the ground level area on the main street, at the end of the video a rental unit. Then I’d find some way to open the two other separate areas up to be one large apartment.

I absolutely think you could make 2 small apartments and a home base out of this, per all of the individual doors. If you turned the smaller cave like one into a cute little AirBnB experience, the location would be very marketable, and the other could work as a long-term rental, while you live peacefully in between!
I love the location, style and size of the property. This coming fall I will be traveling to central and southern Italy to decide where I would like to live. I've verbally committed to retire January 2025. I can't wait😊.
