The Frenchman’s renovated home is the most beautiful one that I’ve seen to date! I wouldn’t change a thing! ❤
The franch men have a gorgeous house ...excellent builders
Ciao Fiorella and Aden, the house has a lot of potential, I love the layout, the builders do amazing work. I would also have them make a nice laundry area in the garage. The facade work is gorgeous, they are really good at their craft. I loved it. Amore da N.Y.
Oh, that renovated property was absolutely gorgeous!!!
Thank you very much for this video. Builder has done an amazing job! It is difficult for some people to imagine what can be done with their ruined property, but this video explains everything.
You can’t get too many windows, in my opinion. The iron staircase is beautiful and I adore those original floors! Gorgeous!!
Oh I absolutely love this house. It is such a treasure. I wish I could come fix it up!❤❤
Excellent potential however I am worried at all of the cracks in the walls radiating up into the ceilings. Just patching them will not solve the underlying issues as to what caused the cracks. Those two small storage rooms in the back bedroom and sitting room below could be turned into a combo of half small walk in closet and an small en suite baths. Unfortunately everything in that building must be removed, it appears that birds have roosted in every corner of that house. Judging by the condition of the rooms, water ingress has caused plenty of damage. A whole new roof is in first order followed by totally gutting the interior and staring fresh. Most of those floors must be saved at all costs. Too beautiful to remove or cover. Worth the investment!
Great house, lots of space, everything one can wish for. Wished to be able to see the terrace as well as the view from above
Us too!
A perfect house to renovate as a B&B, especially with the original tiles and double doors to the larger bedrooms. It also appears some of the rooms have smaller rooms connected to them that can be turned into en suite bathrooms if plumbing can be connected.
I'm so curious about the roof terrace and it is too bad you were not able to reach it. I'm hoping there's a drone purchase in the future?
This house has loads of potential. I would definitely clear up that 2nd floor landing and get rid of the toilet. I would make the middle (bed)room into a large bathroom with shower, claw foot tub, etc, etc. As that space is above the kitchen, the plumbing will not be a real issue.
This is a beautiful property with a lot of potentials. But 130.000e won't be enough money. Anyway if at the end will cost 200.000, all together, the new owner will have a big and gorgeous house.
What a magnificent home that must have been in the past with all the beautiful details, floors, ceilings and beautiful antique furniture!
Very nice. I would definitely keep some of those floors. And love the original details in plasterwork and woodwork. I would be beautiful to restore.
I am curious if that quote of 130k to renovate included windows, doors and fixtures or was it mostly focused on the structure-walls, floors, ceilings including the roof?
I would love to know if the 130k estimate is all in as well? Good question 🎉
It was a rough estimate
The house under restoration is magnificent ❤😊🇦🇺
Absolutely stunning home! Can you imagine the renovation?! Wow.
You can see this once grand home aas full of love.
I've never seen such beautiful floors. With your before & after possibilities of renovations , does help. Such a beautiful home. Great price for a historical Italian home.
What a jewel. ❤
Wonderful with garage. Fantastic.
Love the early access for Patreons. Beautiful house. Grazie da Texas come sempre ❤
This house has great potential!! I want it!!
I would ask for most of the furniture to be left behind. I love vintage. You could easily make this into 3 apartments
Guys the REAL question is how LONG have they been working to restructure the fixed house. Are we looking at 3-4 years?
Loved that question :)
It is possible that the owner of the home being renovated is on a budget and can only afford a few projects at a time. If my husband and I purchase a home that needs some work, that is how we'll have to operate. We hope to retire in 3 years, so that leaves some time to make improvements/ changes, etc.
You could probably find a professional to restore that beautiful ceiling. This is a cutie, very homey. Great potential! And the renovated home is beautiful!
The renovation on the similar house is amazing! What is the approximate cost to renovate this home to something like that house?
Hi Guys! Can you add the contact information for the contractor who did the renovation work. Grazie!
Hi.
Please send us an email so that we can put you in touch with the realtor who brought them.

Someone should clean these properties before showing them. I think they would be able to assess the damage better. This could be really beautiful property.
without seeing the terrace - we can't see the 'trophy' of this building. The amount to 'fix' this building means the current price is far too high.
I liked the property and a good idea to hear from a builder and see an almost completely renovated project, disappointing loss of sound again 🤷♀️ (what happened?),going to have to watch again and read transcript..
Hi.
Thanks for taking the time to write a comment.
We watched it and didn't have any issues with the audio. Would you mind telling us if you're watching on your phone, a tablet, TV or Apple TV?
Thanks
@@rossinniandco you tube on my TV & iPhone 🤔 it’s happened on a few of your videos but not on others I’ve subscribed to - so I assumed it was a problem with your recording - all of the sound on your prerecorded added in clips ( about the town, reasons for not giving the name of the town etc) the sound is fine on those - but not the house tour audio. I will just have to make sure I have subtitles switched on when I watch.
Fiorella, if it helps, I didn’t experience any audio problems watching on an iPhone from the US.
Number 1 comment again.. Great video
Does the house come with the furniture? Can the furniture be redone or do you suggest throwing it out?
Some pieces yea
This makes me feel sad. Are people still living there? Has it just been abandoned?
Do you know when the floor was installed that you start to show at 26:31 (in the already renovated home)? It appears to be adorned with swastikas. Not judging. It could be a very interesting part of the history of the house.
Hi. That symbol is actually an ancient Hindu symbol that has been adopted around the world for good luck.
Unfortunately, like many things in society including nowadays, certain groups adopt and co-opt certain symbols making us forget their original meaning
@@rossinniandco Sure. And Native Americans have been using that symbol in their art for centuries as well. Still, Italy and Germany were allies during WWII and it would be interesting to know if the floor was laid between the mid 1930's - 1940's. I'm not trying to make any kind of disparaging statement or be out of line. History is history. Just curious. Love your guys channel. Thanks for all of the great videos.
I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out. I'm sure you must be aware that the swastika is a universal ancient symbol found on pretty much every continent on earth. In the West you can see it in Greek key patterns, for example. Since this house is probably at least a century or two old, it's not surprising to see patterns that would incorporate swastikas. In the East it's still a character you can find in Chinese dictionaries, and it's still used to denote Buddhist temples on Japanese maps. 🙂
In the last few videos I can't hear your voice for most of the video. Is the problem on my side?

I heard the entire video so it could be your ISP. Try turning everything off and starting again.
I watched on an android phone and sound was clear all through.

Another great house. Loved that you included the builder and discussions.
