Lanciano was my nonno Umberto’s home town! I love this property. As one apartment. I would see if any balconies could be added though. It kind of looks like there were doors or windows behind the exposed stone features. This was great to see in my grandfathers city . Thank you ❤
Option #1 is best and I would remove the spiral staircase and make is a pull down latter style. Pull it down from the ceiling when you want it. Floor space is so valuable in a kitchen. . Beautiful apartment. I very rarely say that about Italian properties. Good find.
Beautiful and elegant property I love the ceilings and spiral staircase, this is a dream house .Sad that the previous owner couldn't make a gallery of it.
Beautiful property! Personally, I would not mess with that front room with the fresco. It’s too beautiful to divide up the space. That (to me) should be a grand living room and formal dining room. I’d make that big middle room an eat in kitchen, maybe with an island. The small back room a guest room. The room with the spiral stairs, I’d take them out and put in pull down stairs and have it be the Master bedroom. The two bedrooms would be close to the bathroom. $185k
Nice touch to see the village while bustling, they can look like ghost towns during lunch. But some people may like the slower towns.(like me). Gorgeous house ❤
Very nice! I envisioned thè space with fresco ceiling as a commmercial space, gallery, gift shop and or office, if allowed. Just add another door. The remainder space plenty for personal living. Work/live in town. Perfecto🎉
Nice property that can be very liveable. The town looks great, too. I'd keep it as one. Im used to having good space around me (Australia), and without a balcony or terrace, I would find it too confining if it were divided. Thank you for showing this. It must have been disappointing for the artist to give it up, considering the work that's already been done.
I would remove the stairs in the kitchen and install hideaway foldable attic stairs since that space will only be used for storage. This way, the kitchen will have more space.
Ciao Fiorella and Aden, the Fresco is just stunning. I absolutely love it, I have it mapped out in my head. I love the area; it reminds me of NYC in some strange way. Thanks for showing it. Tanto amore da N.Y.
Incredible space. I would add a huge bathroom for the master bedroom, replace the spiral staircase with something that doesn't take so much space, if possible and have a nice kitchen installed. So many possibilities and going to sleep looking up at the fresco would be incredible. Thanks for showing this great property! Great video!
Another wonderful, beautiful video! ❤ I was wondering if you would ever do a segment/Q and A on how you safely transport your fur babies safely and as stress-free abroad? We would love to go on a 3 month holiday from Canada to Italy with our fur baby who is too large to go under an airline seat. Thanks!
It’s is really beautiful but kind of odd having the steps going to the attic in what would be the kitchen. I would absolutely love a fresco in my bedroom. I would just love to live in Italy period.
I don't understand why people keep asking for the price. Are they not watching the whole video or not paying attention? They always give all the information we need towards the end of the video. Guess people are too busy to pay attention and fully appreciate the lengths they go to to give us this material. It blows my mind how lazy some people can be!

Oh, be still my heart! Gorgeous property!
Did I miss the price?

My favorite one! It would make a great family home with just a kitchen added. ❤

Very nice appartement
Si!
He built a new roof over the old one. Love the fresco.
Two people have asked already - what is the price of this property?
It’s so beautiful but I believe they should add on more balconies.
So as it is now - (with the new owner of the apartment you show in this video) it would be two owners of the building?
Nice one

sometimes the brick exposing is nice enough if you're into that, and sometimes it is not. lol
I would re-varnish the new roof with a slightly darker hue.
If you want “fresco” ceilings, imitate with wall paper, paper mache, plaster casts etc

The exposed brick, with the fresco and checkerboard floor, doesn't flow ... hard No 👎
Too expensive.
I’ve only seen the price listed 3 times in the comments…..so I just have one question…what’s the price?
🫣🙄😮💨🤭🤭😉😉😂😂😂
Beautiful home !
