It gave me a good laugh how The Grandmaster enjoyed being melted.😆
In the comics, the Grandmaster is one of the Elders of the Universe, immortals who maintain their immortality through an all-consuming focus on a "hobby". The Grandmaster plays games, and usually can't refuse if challenged to one, which was reflected here when he accepted the challenge to race.
The voice actor for Tony is Mick Wingert, he voices Iron Man on all the new animated stuff
It was so good getting a Tony-centric story again. I missed that man.

This was confusing because it was SUPPOSED to be a Gamora story as the Watcher was saying but then it was suddenly about Tony? Wahta was the intro for then?! They just lied about it I guess 😂

They could probably get away with a Happy "Hulk" Hogan one. There's always a loop hole, you just have to find it and cover the ones you don't want anyone to use.
This was a fun episode and the only thing that threw it off was Valkyrie becoming ruler of the planet instead of Tony the way they wrote it. The deal was between The Grandmaster and Tony so it would've made more sense for Tony to transfer rule of the planet to her since he needed to go back to Earth anyway.

True about the ruler transfer, but i think they wanted to show that she is chosen by democracy, not by nepotism between her and Tony.

At least we finally know the story of how Gamora in THIS universe became the badass that she is before being recruited by the Watcher in order to deal with Ultimate Ultron from season 1. Cool. Also, M-Dogg, maybe you can program a voice assistant to upload and MP3 as an alarm system if you can set it up somehow after finding the media file that you want to find. And lastly, NEVER underestimate the talent of a good voice actor, celebrity or non-celebrity status regardless!

Somehow, I can’t even IMAGINE being in a crazy event that seems to mix elements of the Mario Kart franchise, Gladiator, Mad Max, Vigilante 8, and Twisted Metal! Of course, there was another PS Game that I was thinking about earlier. Something about auto-mercenaries or something? In any case, I think that I would end up losing my marbles over this crazy episode………….before I’d end up dying due to sudden flying debris, Final Destination-style!
I think they might still revisit Gamora again in season 3 because we still don’t know how they built that machine that destroyed the infinity stones in her universe. Of course, I might’ve missed it 😂 loved y’all’s reaction as always!

Thanos is straight up jobber status in What If...? He jumps up just to get beat down. Black Order beat him down and Vision halved him in season one. Season two Gamora hits him with the melt stick and then Killmonger dusted him at the end of season two. Straight up clowning the Mad Titan in the most disrespectful ways.
