- Todays video is all about Texas Style bbq beef ribs in the weber kettle grill. We maintained a temperature of 250 to 300° most of the cook and allowed it to lower in temperature to around 230° to finish these beautiful Dino beef ribs up. The entire cook took about 6 hrs total and we rested them for 1 hr before we sliced into these beautiful beef ribs to try them out.
