Is just me or has batman been off character lately. Like I can see where the justice league was coming from but Batman being completely cold to Jefferson is a but weird. This is also nor the only example. Also this next part is spoilers but this is not the only example of Batman being off. In a recent issiue of Titans Killer Frost seemed to be sent to some prison or something and Batman was the one to basically get her. Anyway she was having her emotions messed with but Batman once again seemed super cold to her despite him beinf the one to support her release from the suicide squad and to the Justice League.
You make a point. The reality is I think many writers keep forgetting that Batman has compassion. They treat him like he's a forever grumpy and cold person who always thinks he's right. People keep forgetting that while Batman is stoic, he has a lot of compassion. I wish more aspects of that were focused in comics
Why do get the feeling that we're going to see DC versions of sentinels ? And honestly, this politician is given off uncle Ruckus vibes. At this point they should just have uncle Ruckus show up in the comics... imagine having Aaron Mcgruder write for DC
