Just got a used one off ebay. It's beat up a little, but not too bad. I'm going to make a mold of it and maybe offer for sale if the molding plastic is strong enough and it comes out good..Stay tuned.
The RC body has a passenger side window because they were released around the time of The Dukes of Hazzard movie, where the General Lee had a passenger side window in the movie
yeah I went back and watched it. The 2nd General in that movie had some minor differences from the tv General. Still an awesome recreation of the tv vehicle (minus the inaccurate side mirror, tires). Too bad that was the only good thing the movie did lol
Hi. Great and informative video. Where can I get the vector wheels for this? Or bluant won’t have any more made until late April. Is there any one else who makes them?
thanks, dude! Bluant's wheels are the best General Lee wheels out there. I *might* know people who make less-accurate versions of it. Look at the wheels on the General in this video: ua-cam.com/video/gW9TL8BTgWI/v-deo.html
And on the front I would maybe add some styrene or alittle sprayfoam insulation and when it drys you can cut access out to fitback on .. It helps the cars take crashes better...that general you got my brothers 67 impola with hydros drove stright through the front of my general lee .. The impala didnt get a scratch on it......I think you should strengthen it alittle or your crash will be a 1 and done
I've been asking some other channels this question .... What size NiMH battery was included with the boxed General Lee? I know 7.2v but was it 3600MAH, 5000MAH? I just purchased that same 2005 Malibu Ltd General Lee but it came without a battery or controller (ebay). I am going to transform it into a ramp jumping machine :) Thank you
@@PrinceofMacedonVlogs True :) I plan on fitting the body to the MF-01X chassis. I wanted to hook it up to a 5000MaH just to see what it could do lol Thank you !!
I can't sell this one. I bought this body as a stunt body so it could take some damage. Unfortunately, the 1/10 body (General Lee) is almost always going to be pricey just because of how rare they're becoming
Hey bud.. if you are going to smash up your spare body, will you be able to sell your spare remote controller? I have the car but lost the remote years back. Please PM me if we can make a deal! Thanks
GO FOR IT!!!! It's fun to have a "nice" General Lee and just as fun to have one banged up from stunts and cool videos. These bodies are pretty tough & a hot glue gun can save the day for one more action shot if needed.
thanks for the support, Dudebro :D If my body can be saved afterwards, I'll definitely try the glue gun. I won't let this body go to waste, for sure :D

On with the show LOL, shame it has to get wrecked, but maybe some glue, bondo paint and a decal kit can save it for more stunts.
I'm gonna try my best to save it :)
Those boss mustangs have a foam cushion in the front .. Helps them take hits better
I always apply clear box tape on the inside of my cars body to add some regidity

@@PrinceofMacedonVlogs Hello There, just wondering if you still had any parts left from your transformation?
Thanks,

I actually don't know what the original battery included was (since I never had this NIB). If you're going to hobbygrade it, though, it won't matter
