Great job on the car! Before you make a new kydex pushbar mount, you may want to try shimming the bar out on each side to get it to sit how you want. Bending Kydex and getting it perfectly aligned (especially over 2 bends) isn't easy. I got lucky on my Kyosho and it came out perfect, but on the RJ Speed body I just did, I had to shim one side about 1/8" to get the push bar parallel to the front of the car, and I had to slot one of the mounts so I could raise one side up. I used a little plastic bushing that I cut down to the right thickness and put it between the push bar and the kydex mount to space it. You can do that or you can just stack it with washers to get it out where you need to.

The bigger problem sort of is that I want it a bit further out and slightly more "up" on one side.. however I guess shimming one side slightly down from the main mount and slightly forward from another might do the trick also. Since I have the extra material I'll probably try another go at it first and then see how it goes from there. Now that I know how to work with it.. I bet it will take me longer to cut the "square" square enough with my jigsaw than bending it. I don't have a router or table saw with a true straight edge to cut this with.

Would either of you consider building a body to sell? I'd be very interested

you should take that body now and go over the inside with some drywall tape and shoegoo or polyester resin and strengthen the shell, make the shell less prone to tearing or cracking if she gets banged up. you can check out kevin talbots channel for that, thats where i learned it anyway. guy does it to all his rc and they can take a beating

Hey man....great build. Do you have a Facebook page ? I'd like to ask you some questions about the work you did on the body ? Not sure how to get ahold of ya ? Ihave the orange bidy and all the 3D printed parts to build this exact General Lee. I would love to pay you to complete the body and cut and mount all the 3D printed parts
