Yeah. What happened to him is wrong but I have a sneaking suspicion that Bell only came out in the doc to take some heat off his own predator problems. People have been talking about this for YEARS, since An Open Secret came out ... and no one should feel that they Must talk about their SA or assault I just find the timing ironic... considering they must have filmed this right after Bell got in trouble.

Metoo movement wasn't around, an average naive Joe wouldn't know about the predatory nature of Hollywood back then. The 90's was a more innocent time where you wouldn't even imagine that a kid's film company can be run as a child s*x ring. She got him into one or two therapy sessions, and he downplayed everything in therapy. It was much later on as he was continuing to spiral, that he had a meltdown on a phonecall with his own mother and shared everything. Then his own mom finally stepped up and contacted the authorities.

I don't understand why you would want to talk about a subject if pretty much everyone on the set doesn't give the full context or flat out say misinformation. Looks like Ethan hasn't even watched the doc, but then the other people are feeding him misinformation on how events played out. Alot of these people keep using "I think what happened" or "I don't know but..." when the answer is easy to find.
