Suffering from this exact problem. Turns out I had iron deficiency anemia, and it was causing hair loss. Mine also looked like traction alopecia and I was also taking care of my edges and they were still falling out. I had fibroid removal surgery last year and I've been working on balancing my hormones and taking my supplements. There's minimal fuzz on the area so I don't think the follicles are dead so I intend to follow a consistent regimen and hope for the best. I wish you all the best with your hair issues ❤
oh gosh that is similar to me. have struggled for years with thinning hair line and my iron is the culprit. i am on iron tabs. i hope all is resolved for you as well
