What happened?

@@arialindsey1811 I have white hair. It says good for all hair types - it is not. My hair has been stained yellow - 10 yrs of waist length hair has been stripped and destroyed trying to get it back to my natural color. They were totally unhelpful, unsympathetic, rude, and ghosted when I asked for advice on how to know what of the $300 in products I had I left I could still use. I have found other reviews of them treating others similarly. They just ghost over any complaint. I was excited to support an African women owned brand but they do not respect their customers at all.

@@AfroPHBabe They claim its good for all hair types it is not. Within 3 weeks of using the line my hip length silver white hair was stained the most disgusting shade of yellow you have ever seen. When I first reached out they tried to gaslight me and tell me it wasn't happening. They said there was NOTHING in the ingredients that could do that. And anyway its natural - get over it, it will fade over time. Then they tried to blame me and tell me I was heavy handed with the product ( having decided the butter was to blame) - how would that matter if there was nothing in their line that was responsible???? Then I sent them a video showing them exactly how much product I used which was by black hair standards so faaaaaaaaaar from heavy handed it was a joke - and they just ghosted. I have seen reviews from others who say they treated them the same way. LOL they even tried to pretend that their chat feature was broken but my sis was able to communicate with them at the same time. They are horrible. Months of stripping treatments my hair is destroyed and I have had it confirmed now that my hair is permanently stained. I even tired to ask them how I could use the products that didn't have the same ingredient as the butter and they ghosted - 100's of $$ worth of product wasted....Then I realized they couldn't tell me what to use because I had the line analyzed and there are no less than 9 different staining ingredients. I have seen reviews from others who claim to have found chemicals in the products. There is a reason they have no comments on any of their ads , videos , and have no reviews on their website. They are a terrible company that does terrible business. I was so excited to support a company run by and supporting African women but they aren't it.
