I get some of the guests still practice so they're not able to watch the whole trial- but those guests shouldn't speak on facts when they didn't watch🤷🏼‍♀️ it seems as if they think, "if you've seen one, you've seen them all" however, if ever there was a case when that doesn't apply, it's this one!

Guys we need to remember that the glass fragments "found" on the bumper was NOT consistent with the drinking glass found shattered near OJKs body. So,if we are to speculate that John had thrown the glass and broken the taillight he would have had to have had 2 glasses when he got out of the car. Its not impossible to believe but they never proved how a second glass came from or even where the mismatched fragments came from.
It makes much more sense that someone broke another glass and planted it on the taillight and at the scene and knew that it would appear to be from the same glass. Even Trooper Paul admitted he still believes it's all from one glass dispite lab results proving otherwise. Just another example of the common wealth refusing to give any credibility to any evidence that doesn't support their case.

Just bc Prosecutors havent proven without a reasonable doubt, doesn’t mean Karen didn’t kill John !!! Defense can try and put doubts in the jurors minds, but that doesn’t mean the jurors don’t have their own common sense and seeing the truth as they see it, and that’s why, they’re not all agreeing on the Not Guilty !

The Job ARCA was hired for was to figure out how the car was damaged in the way the car in this case allegedly was damaged. And how the victim was injured. They are not saying that a thrown glass is what damaged the car. They are saying that that is one way the car could get damaged. They had very little material to work with, they where not allowed to go outside the scope. Meaning they weren’t allowed to brainstorm freely. The glass John had was still in his hand. He didn’t throw it on the taillight and then go grab it again, and if he did the glass would probably have been in pieces.. several witnesses from both sides testified that Johns injuries does not look like injuries you have after being hit by a car. Several also say that he could not have gotten the injuries to his head by hitting grass (even if there was is and snow) he had to hit his head on asphalt or concrete to receive the head injuries. Witnesses also stated that John would have been unconscious after injuring his head. So, how was he found on grass?!?! If his body was warm when he ended up where he was found. Shouldn’t the snow have melted underneath him?!?!!
In my opinion the defense has proven that John was not hit by a car. But they also proved that he had to have injured his head somewhere where there was asphalt or concrete, not on the grass he was found on, that he would have been unconscious (meaning not able to move himself) so, how did he end up where he was found????

Loved this panel (and so many others I watched here) I personally believe she is factually innocent as it was scientifically proven by very credible, highly accredited experts. Joel I appreciate you trying to bring out all sides of this story, even the ones opposite of mine. IMO no one should "fear" any type of information when seeking the truth. How else will it come to light? Hands down you deliver on "best guests" 🙌🏼 I would personally appreciate to hear some input from a professional body language expert regarding witnesses' testimonies we've seen throughout the trial, and there's even some Karen Read videos to analyze. Body language has been on my mind since day 1 of this trial as we really got some quality up close footage of the ppl on the stand, the judge, lawyers etc. Maybe you can get one or more (or all) the guys from the behavior panel, or any type of credible expert on the subject. If there's someone who can find one - it's probably you😉 thx again for everything. Staying tuned ✌🏼️

Thank goodness they realized she hit John's car, clearly her tail light was intact at 5am driving away and now these experts accident reconstructionist and medical examiners saying it is impossible he was hit by a car with only a laceration on the back of his head, so only head trauma. No events detected on her Lexus black box data per FBI.
Just think about getting getting hit by a car at 24mph? The medical examiners and accident specialists said even at 15mph you have torn ligaments, broken bones, bruising swelling, massive injuries all over the body especially where the impact was. There is no way just his head was hit and only scratches on his arm.

When those FOUR showed up for closings and FINAL jury selection - the NEXT day at 9am the JURY asked the Judge to be dismissed by 4pm (yes I know she takes the bus) but WHEN have you ever heard a Jury asked to leave by 4pm at NINE AM in the morning? So they already knew they weren't going to have a verdict? Fishy! I I called it on that day that it will be a HUNG Jury or Guilty by Friday and I also said I hope I am wrong! Interesting this happened after those FOUR showed up to see final Jury for deliberations! Then the Verdict slip issues? I also stopped watching the lives during the day since then because my gut told me no verdict at least until Friday - This is a no brainer - Murdogs case even came back faster another small town that has had enough of the Murdogs crap - ALSO - I may be wrong but if she if found guilty she can't sue the town, cops, state etc correct? What about a hung jury? This also should be taken into consideration into this ish show! BTW I heard bits and pieces before the trial but nothing major - I watched the trial only - I am really wondering why the jury is struggling - Time will tell - I know a little boy 6 years old that was hit by a car and passed away and I know someone in their 40s that got hit by a car and lived - both had broken bones - severe bruising - fractures from neck to toe - no record of that on Officer John - that would have been it for me as a Juror - plus its common sense. Look at DV cases with bruises - you mean to tell me a 7200lb vehicle WONT leave bruises?!?!? Come on! Tomorrow Is Friday I will keep an ear listening throughout the day - but like I said the day after closings we will get nothing until Friday and was not surprised at all every evening when I saw nope they went home.
