getting the settle is a mistake imo bc it's really hard ot get a city for you and it's so strong.
If I were blue, I would RB to wheat and sheep port. 36 settle seems mediocre. removing dandy of wheat port is an elimination of competitor.
would have also forced him to trade the wheat for cheap and balanced the wood/brick ratio so he could take LR with ease. I agree that was a bad RB.
