I just finished watching the complete build and it’s the best instructional series I’ve ever seen and you are a great teacher. I will be purchasing the plans and will attempt to build this boat to use throughout my retirement years. Thank You
Wow! With that black bottom the sea foam really pops bright. that color looks like some of the waters down in the Caribbean where the water is shallow over white sand. Very nice job.
I just spent my entire Saturday watch the entire build. Well done. You have me wanting to build one know. Only thing I didn't see was how you mounted the outboard.
Cool maybe you should, so I centered on the transom clamped it on and the motor came with bolts. Drilled through transom sealed with silicone and tightened up.
Just a note for others. Don't use Spartan bottom paint unless your boat will NEVER sit on its trailer for more than two weeks, otherwise you have to rub the entire surface with a scotch brite pad to get the patina off from the copper in the paint oxidizing. As an alternative, you may want to try Total Boat's Krypton bottom paint. I don't like the Krypton myself, because it dries too fast. I prefer Interlux's CF micron or Pacifica Plus.
good color well done.
watched all of these videos in one sitting, the drumming even grew on me. Thank you.
Maybe you should build a boat too.
Found the best instructions in this video series.. Thanks for the knwledge and advice. Hope i can build one myself one day.
Thanks live the dream
