Coz when you buy some stuffs and you know you can't finish it in one go like Paneer for vegetarians or meat for non-vegeterians you are definitely gonna use that second time and sure you won't cook the same dish. I also do one small thing is i re-use the packets that are big enough like Atta packets or rice packets to dump my garbage. Coz anyway its gonna go waste and we probably use one less garbage bag. The hero of the video was a tooth pick hack.... Awesome idea.... and yeah you can re-use it as many times. And yes as i say i am a biggg fan of the way you represent your videos. Just like you added a thought from Denzel Washington.... It just stands out. Loved it....

Hi..Jaya I loved the video. The essential basket in the fridge is a super idea. I have been trying this from 2 years and it's a big time saver. Otherwise, I used to end up searching for things in the fridge multiple times. Also I would like to give another idea... Make tadka that you use everyday ready in small batches. This saves a lot of time. As a South Indian, I make a jar of Rai,hing, curry leaves,red chilies tadka ready .no need to heat up oil multiple times and this has awesome flavour..
@EMRALD EYE tadka idea sounds tempting.... but I would miss the sound the fresh tadka makes, when poured into whatever it is you're seasoning.... and also the appetising whiff of aroma it sends forth all over the house!

I have been doing the butter trick for long time. Learned it out of necessity! But it is really good to also make sandwiches n toast extra fast. The cut veggies idea is so good. We get so lazy at times n avoid the veggies!

Very useful tips n tricks 4 a stress free life these days Jaya....even I watched cutting butter into cubes n storing it video which sometimes can b a lifesaver....truly said one dish in d sink attracts 10 more, so even I wash it 4-5 times a day just to b sane 4m inside out....I often 4get to apply cream, I guess I should follow ur advice on dat..... keep us motivating n keep rocking dear... thank u...

That's a great tip. Do you heat oil and temper everything mentioned here at one go and store with oil? How long it can be stored in fridge?
