I won an 8 pack of TRX classes at my gym in a raffle. We're on week 3 (2x per week) I'm surprised by how hard TRX works the core. I do Yoga and lift and TRX still hit muscle groups I didn't expect. The first couple of classes, everyone was clumsy with the equipment, but the more I use it, the more I like it. I think I'll buy the equipment after the class ends and build a routine. I'm thinking a 90 minute routine should be something to strive for.
2 years ago mine cost $150 includes door mount & strap 4 trees and bars. Bodyweight is more than what most of us lift. I have back issues and do exercises I can't do with weights.
Nice video! Love how you provide the targeted muscle, gives a good idea of what needs to be engaging for proper technique. What sort of sets/rep/rest structure do you use when working with a TRX? I just got one yesterday and coming from the traditional world of weights, 3x10 with 1min rest etc

Overall, a lot of the classics are here. There are some good side plank exercises missing. Set straps maybe 8 inches or so above floor, put feet in loops, get in a side plank position. You can twist body and rotate forward, reach under with the hand that is not on floor. Another good front plank exercise: set loops to maybe 12-18 inches above floor, put forearms in the loops so that loops are close to elbows, then get in front plank position. You can sort of swing upper body side to side, bend at the hips a bit, so it's like a basic 'facing the floor, forearms on floor' planks, but with forearms in the loops instead. Also, there's the Drew Brees 'I-Y-T' for rotator cuffs.

Side delts? No exercise for side delts? 🤔 Thats a big loss. You just have to hang the hooks down to the floor (somewhere low) and and you do it like the dumbbells
