With every hit on the stone the bone uses Calcium to get a harder structure. It's the same with Bodybuilding to build new muscles you need to train hard to force the muscle to build more muscle fibres. When an untrained pesosn would hit the stone as hard as this guy several times his bone could break easily.

Serious question.. I wonder how many times he has broken his bones and how the process works for conditioning for situations where ya had a lot of conditioning built up but then have an injury? Like do they have to wait a real long time to start back up, or do they just start soft as soon as they can ? Would they get the same level of conditioning back, or would their hand become permanently weaker OR become a stronger more durable structure🤷
I'm sincerely interested.. because.it takes so many years of dedication to get that far and I honestly wonder what happens if an injury were to occur?

The tolerance and hardness of bone etc is built up over decades. A beginner would start hitting softer objects and build up from there.

He is sure to have some drug medicine to apply to his hand after conditioning. That kind of medicine is very important. Never be naive to condition like him without applying special medicine.

he is not hitting his bones against stone. It are his muscles, which are protected by skin. How can you have your muscles be hit instead of bones? You put much muscle tension on your hands. You can try it right now by tightening all the muscles on your fingers. You will see they get really hard and immediate muscle soreness will follow. Do this every day for years on end and your hands will look like the insane fists this man has. Then when you hit the wall, muscles will be hit. It's not fat in those fingers, let's put it that way :)

When I hit something with the back of my hand it's bone.
