In today’s episode we’re exploring a massive abandoned glassworks somewhere in Germany. For nearly 150 years glass has been produced at this location. And still today you can find huge machines that were simply left behind. During our exploration we discovered glass in all imaginable forms and colors. We couldn’t believe that nobody is interested in this anymore! In the former industrialist's villa right next to the spacious halls we even found fully furnished offices and it looked like employees of this traditional business would just do one of their breaks and come back any second. Stay tuned if you want to know the story that’s hidden behind these forgotten walls.

Today's exploration was super sketchy! For a start the whole area of this abandoned crystal glass factory is completely contaminated. In addition to that police is watching the compound really well. Or in other words: The perfect ingredients for another adventure of the BWT crew!
And by the way: At this very moment we're working on our BWT Urbex Calendar 2019! This one will be super cool, stay tuned!

Thank you so much!!! And yeah, we were thinking about hats. In our shop on Spreadshirt we even have some! But Teespring doesn't offer hats yet as far as we know.
The large bags of colored glass were beautiful ! The stained glass window was an amazing picture ! Explore more and stay safe !

Wow👁👁 Amazing Thank you . I saw something like this w/ The bureau of mines building Utah 🤔The cups still had coffee.
Hospital took it over by Fort Douglas.
No Dust... so Bazaar
German glass some of the most beautiful in the world! We need more glass and lot less plastic in our world today! Beautiful video well done!
The quality of these is outstanding, this is the best urbex channel. The Dutch/German accent is cool as well.
Awesome, thank you!!! And it's a German accent. 👍🏼
I really love the background story you guys always include. Its such high quality narration. Ive said it countless times before, this is good enough to be a netflix series.
I am glad you fellows take the precautions you do!! today was a perfect day to release this.. my poor broken body is in such great pain I can hardly get around.. and to watch you fellas doin what I used to love was just what I needed.. I have mentioned before that you should make longer videos you said people wouldn't watch longer ones.. You are wrong there.. you do not understand the quality of your "product"! You men are like great film producers filming the past before it is gone.. You give us a little history of the place and let us see things (here is the US especially) that we would never see other wise. I have always been a loner type and have love to explore even out in the woods in the PNW I wish I had cameras with me in those days.. the old settlements and buildings I have found out in roadless places was.. well this is getting to long now..suffice it to say your work is exemplary and should be longer.. Stay safe my younger brothers one last thing.. you should sit down with each other and make a pact about what to do when and if one of you is lost during these adventures.. you will find it important once you do..
You made bits of glass seem as fascinating as fine jewels. As always the details are perfection. Great video ❤️
I recognize some of the glass. That type is found in many stores here. Sold either for crafts. And even for fish tanks. Or, used in house plants for better drainage. Great exploration.
My Sunday is Complete!...Bravo guys! ....as always great content! 👌👍👏❤👏
Great video as usual, but it would be nice if they were a little longer. Thanks.
Fantastic, interesting episode. You and your team making one of the best "explorer" content on UA-cam.
Nothing keeps you guys out! Such great history on this place. I'm so glad to see that you guys are prepared for anything. Not all explorers care about toxic levels of mold..lead... asbestos. The stain glass window was beautiful. And the antique press should be in a museum. So sad it will just decay away. The drone shots are amazing. Thank you for taking me along with you guys! Another wonderful video! Stay safe and God bless from Nevada, USA.
This was a monumental exploration given the sheer size of this factory. The amount of equipment left behind was pretty amazing, as it seemed in good condition. Loved the bags of coloured grit and chunk...I find the colours so seductive. I collect old blown glass pieces because the colours look so beautiful and they are still here after so long, and still fragile. The mansion was lovely with the stained glass window showing the oldest form of the art still intact. Thanks for taking the chances and showing this to us. Your composition, even under stressful conditions is still brilliant and draws the eye. Stay safe and happy out there.🖤🇨🇦
Absolutely amazing. Smashing as some would say.
Videos like this is I love urban spelunking and videos dedicated to it. Preserving and remembering a little piece of forgotten history.
Your content is excellent thanks for taking us along. Thank you.
Ur welcome, Rena!
Great video. Amazing location. The entry window tho 😂
Yeah, wtf man!!! 😂
Very cool and high production quality as usual!
The owners should take that machine in the house and that nice pane of glass as well and put it in a museum!
Mega cooler lost place
Danke dafuer😁😁

Thanks, bro!!!
Thank you for another great trip, 10 minutes of fun! That was amazing.
Another great vid BWT! This has become a highlight of my Sunday’s now, waiting for the latest vid to drop. You’re right, those offices look like the workers will be right back after lunch. A shame that no one could buy up the raw product, if not the whole place. Thanks for another quality video.
welcome back to germany guys - great that you (finally) found the time to release YOUR take of the glass factory AND it was as good as i had expected it to be. well done - see you around 😉

Thank you very much for the tour! What a shame we do not value glass more than we do in the world! Be safe and well!

👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
Outstanding! Very well done video! :D ~Cindy! :)
Thank you, Cindy! 💚
B. Firmengeschichte u. a. sind super.
Really great guys!!
💪
Mega video. Hat echt spaß gemacht anzuschauen
Danke! :)

Broken Window Theory But he knew you would never present anything less that awesome...we all know that before we watch.🖤🇨🇦
Just got your T-shirt I ordered in the mail today. Very nice and soft. Liked that you had olive green too. Love your logo. ❤️
So cool!!! Thank you very much!
Very nice video!
Thx!
Nice exploration bro!! I like your video!!
Thanks, mate!
Another awesome video. It was interesting seeing all those bits of glass. I work with glass on a small scale, using a torch to melt glass into a bead. Love the info' you give about the place.
Very interesting! We're happy that you liked our latest video!
You lads are a lot braver than I am. Of course when one hits 71 years old, safety is always a main concern. Please keep up the great work but be careful. This is one of my favorite UA-cam sites.
The stained glass window was super cool! I gather the factory produced mainly the nuggets?
You're right! At least it was like that in the end.
How can you walk where other urban explorers have walked when you odnt know what way they have gone hahhaa lol great vid!!
That warning sign with the skull next to the dead tree and fish is fucking unsettling as fuck. At first I thought it was a hand like "don't take this stuff. You'll die and come back a zombie" lmao
Amazing
🏆
jeeze.. i collect glass and this is an actual dream. it would be so hard to stick to the ground rules in there for me, lol.
lol
Just found this channel. So sad to see all that going to waste.
Welcome to our channel!
Einfach genial eure Vides!
Danke dir!!!
stimmt ^-^
Anyone notice that gun @2:19? lol
Just a quick fyi from a fellow German.
@@bwturbex Still incredibly good English! At least you can speak another language other than your native one. I lived in West Germany for 5 years and could only manage the basics!
Perfect way to start my Sunday!! Thanks for sharing. Love you guys!!💖 Have a super day!!!
Thanks and enjoy your weekend!
Super tall Marco lol
True, lol.
Sad story
1:33 poor Cat
R.I.P.
We wonder what happened there.
Welcome to the E.U.
which is better abandoned house or abandoned factories
A new video!
Joseph Yaaz! 👌👍👏
Enjoy the episode, guys! 😁
Sad
I hope it will not get demolished or vandalized.
I'm pretty sure it will be demolished some day
Everything was in place in the office. I'm thinking, what was the reason for its bankruptcy and these walls evacuated? I love this video anyway. Watch out for the police.
Me and my friends went to huge abanoned factory its by lake and and you can go inside we explored the place its was so dark and the floor was feeling it will break under us we did not break anything but i took gas mask and filter i found them in box what was is storage area.
So very pretty and unfortunate. Money killed a beautiful thing. Looked like good people and quality products.
I want to be like you guys, but we don’t have much abandoned buildings in South Africa :(
There most likely are such buildings as well! You just have to find them.
😱 yes I will have a look! Thank you for your reply :)
When I think of how much money I have spent on those decorative stones for myself; and here there are just bags of them lying there! Sigh. Also, you guys ever thought of getting your DNA tested? I swear you must all have Gibbon Ape ancestry as flexible as you are and how you can climb and lift yourself over fences and what not to get in and out of these tricky locations. As always, nice video.
😂😂😂
>3
hello
'Sup?
Oh someone killed a cat!
They were working here with toxic substances, as for example "leed". Bro... it is called lead, not leed.
Not commenting the other heaps of highly imprecise and downright flawed statements throughout the video. Guys, please, if putting so much effort to make a nice polished narration, invest some effort also to study up on the subject.
Cool, thanks for the feedback. Maybe you should check out our current videos.
Stolen itesm more likely removed by workers. it is not good to assume theft !
As it seems this is the most boring video ever.
Superlative of irony?
