Excellent approach connecting to Rodney Dangerfield! Can the testimonials also discuss how retirees handle getting used to the climate? Especially retired couples....i like the approach.

Just a note for retirees....before moving from your home country be sure that you can receive all of your benefits abroad.
Some countries like Canada restrict a portion of your pension to Canadians who maintain residence in Canada, ie must live in Canada for 6 months a year...just a heads up! Great channel J , thanks 😊

If I can be helpful, reach out we have a service. It's a really wise choice. The mindset is much more chill here, and there is a very good value proposition. I think for retirement or even starting a small business, it's a nice place to be. America really doesn't offer a good value proposition. You hold USD yet get no standard of living. Bizarre situation

Any information on how to import a car to Cambodia?
And is it a requirement that cars be set to left hand steering column?

Hey, let us know if you'd like some help with your relocation. We have a service for prospective expats. I don't find it to be lonely, but I think that depends on the company you keep. We have a community around Brazilian Jujitsu so never been lonely for us

Hopefully Cambodia will retain the special charm and not rnd up like Thailand and Vietnam. Now there might be a huge influx from Haiti into Florida besides the influx from Venezuela, Mexico etc. into Texas.....

Cambodian culture and cost of living are difficult to beat anywhere ! -- Been looking for a year all over the planet. -- The US sucks by comparison with inflation and rent prices. Homeless issue is worse than ever. -- The health care issue for old people is heartless unless you have a lot of money in Cambodia ? > So much for their 'Karma' belief system ? Not really treating people the way they would like to be treated - are they ?

Helathcare has improved over the years, but I'd suggest health insurance that will fly you to bangkok in an emergency. For this region, Thailand and Singapore are where you'd go for something serious. Locally, healthacre has improved, and for sure, if you can't pay, they will let you die in the streets. That is one thing in the West. We are far more compassionate, but for you as an expat, it's different because you will have more resources.
