- This video goes over reassembling our 22hp Predator 670 swapped Yamaha Drive G29. We decided to strip this cart down to the frame and repaint the frame in a pearl metallic synergy green. We are installing our 670 using the conversion kit from Vegas Carts. We are also installing a 6" a-arm style lift kit from Madjax. Be sure to subscribe to catch the rest of this build!

awesome build
Thanks for watching
Nice build!
Thanks for watching!
Power!
Thanks for watching
Merci
Sweet build! Just wondering you show its hitting 40mph
Is that with stock gearing? What RPM are you hitting?
Thanks
Yes it still has stock gears. The next video will cover tuning with the new carb and a top speed run. But I hit 40 at roughly 4500 rpm which will be max rpm for a stock 670.
@@PowerEquipmentMan wow very good! Super cool you did a video on this. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks for the Reply. I will be doing a umax 402 swap hopefully soon in my 2009 Yamaha g29.
@@mattdekock9987 Sweet. I think we will be building a 402 cart as well. We just got in another 2017 Quietech cart we will be doing a bunch of testing with. I want to figure out a good engine and clutch setup that anyone can do, that doesn't break the bank, and is quiet and reliable. This cart is a monster, but it cost a fortune to build. Thanks for watching.
What rim and tires are those?

Can you share a link where you got your carburetor kit from?
The carb that we ordered from Performance670 was junk and a complete waste of money. We ended up just running the factory carb and did some tuning on it. Watch the next video on that here - ua-cam.com/video/GcrErxZMs5I/v-deo.html
@@PowerEquipmentMan hey thank you so much for your reply!
@@PowerEquipmentMan wow thanks so much for the reply! I’m definitely going to be using this with my swap. Video of my g29 670cc swap coming soon
Are u going to build them for sale ? I live in the villages and don’t care for their vanilla flavored carts
Hey Mark, this cart will be for sale once it is done. Finding used carts to build right now is almost impossible. We are located in south central Kansas and have a company that delivers all over the US for us. Let me know if you are interested.
@@PowerEquipmentMan cool beans I’m interested . I will try to find your company and call u

When is Part 3 coming ?
I'm still trying to work threw some issues with the new carb. I also had to get started on a customer's build, G29 with a Predator 670 that put out 42hp on the dyno! Long travel lift kit, alpha body, and the works. I will do a video on it too once its done.
@@PowerEquipmentMan for sure it’s takes some time to get that carb tuned right from what I read ! And that’s sounds awesome can not wait to see that thing!
What octane do you use?
91 no ethanol. That is the highest we can get around here.
@@PowerEquipmentMan Is that necessary? The Compression ratio is only 8.3:1
In this case, it has nothing to do with the compression ratio. We run 91 in all of our small engines because it is a better quality fuel and we have less carburetor issues and the engines run better.
@@PowerEquipmentMan oh i see. But isn't octane just an indication of knock-resistance?
You are correct, but also the high octanes are better quality. 91 usually doesn't have ethanol. Ethanol causes a ton of issues with these small engines. Higher octane also has a longer shelf life. Fuel in small quantities and unsealed tanks goes bad faster. Lower octane fuel nowadays can go bad in as little as a month.
Loud af.. lol
Yes it is! Thanks for watching
