It’s tough because you can spec this many different ways. I just put the entry level price because that’s where you start. A Raptor for example start at $80k which gets people’s attention. However, you can spec it all the way up to $120K if you get the supercharged V8. Either way, this is definitely cheaper and more “attainable” than a Raptor. It’s all relative though because obviously $64K isn’t affordable for EVERYONE. I appreciate your concerns though. Price is always the hardest thing. I’ll try and start being more specific with pricing. 👍

I'm not a truck guy or a newer car guy AT ALL!! That being said this has some really cool actual useful things I've never seen that I could see being handy. The tailgate with barn door is great, folding shifter, multiple "junk" trays, built in generator and a bed scale. Not to mention the heads up, auxiliary switches and pano sunroof. I know not all of this is "new" offerings but a pretty cool total package.
Personally, I'd have found a better place for the auxiliary charging ports. I wouldn't like having all of the wires hanging down. Does it have any type of electronic brake assist for towing? How about camera views? Does it have a built-in camera system or Bluetooth system to where you can cast your phones GPS to the built-in screen?
If it's his first truck in 10 years then maybe he took alot more consideration for his choice than most people. Maybe this truck really is good bang for the buck

I have a 96 f150. Has a power steering leak and burns a little oil. One small dent a few scratches with dirt. Very few electronics. Carries what I need from here to there perfectly. 100% paid for.

Because - for the mission - it was still the most stable by far. These forty-some-odd years later, that is no longer true. And, the Ford tremor I fixed was, in fact, a '64 Mercury Comet with a 289 four-barrel.
I honestly don't about this truck never going to buy a new truck ever. But you sir. This is so masterfully put together for such a short video. Very well done.

This things dope.. I love the shifter going down to allow the middle console to fold down for more space. And that roof… I’ve got a panoramic in my car but that looks beautiful. I’m up for a new vehicle in a couple years and putting this on my wishlist to find half the price used 😂

The bed of this awesome truck is badass. The way it opens and the scale is dope. I’ve always been a Chevy suv owner. I e had a 2006 Trailblazer SS in 2008 and I have had a 2000 Tahoe Limited and a Yukon Denali. I’ve never owned a Ford anything but I’ve had a few Ford rentals which I did like. I’ve always liked the F-150 and the Harley Davidson F-250 and the Raptor F-150’s from when they first came out. If I was looking for a truck I would definitely consider this one.

Materials, appliances, tool, etc. If you're hauling 10k lbs trailers every day then go for it, but the vast majority of truck owners arent. In fact 75% of truck owners tow once a year or less. If you like trucks cuz you think theyre cool or something, go for it. Just dont pretend the majority of owners need them, let alone use them to their full capabilities. And lets be honest here, these new high end fords are not being bought by people for actual work, theyre a pavement princess status symbol.
I've absolutely fallen head over heels for this truck after reading and watching the reviews magazines gave it, and your work solidified my need for it. But hopefully I don't absolutely bottle rocket soda everywhere when I go to open one on the tailgate 😂 love your work, Forrest!

I can install most of these features in a 90s chevy easily. Seats from a 2014, car play, heated seats / steering wheel, tailgate mods, tailgate HOISTS, etc. The engine, gears and suspension are pretty sick though. 400HP is pretty nice though, It would take a moderate cammed LS or moderate built SBC to compete.

We drive 60 plus miles on dirt road three times a week to the ranch..my brother tremor sensors started going crazy and tailgate rattle and brakes lock up..took it in for service and they said they have to remove the cab to work on the engine because the engine is too big...it's a princess and not made for work..
Pretty comprehensive package tbh, more work focused for ease of productivity, the raptor is more suited for off-road. Now we truly need the mix between both, something that can increase your efficiency and offer the ability to take it on a vast range of landscapes. Not really sure that’s a Ford concept and almost doubt it would work, but I’d still like to see it

Pretty comprehensive package tbh, more work focused for ease of productivity, the raptor is more suited for off-road. Now we truly need the mix between both, something that can increase your efficiency and offer the ability to take it on a vast range of landscapes. Not really sure that’s a Ford concept and almost doubt it would work, but I’d still like to see it
