The simple gray casket chosen by Eisenhower has been called the Ike casket since he chose it. My Dad rests in one as he requested.
They say that Lincoln's body was embalmed so many times that it became mummified. People who saw his body being placed in the new tomb in Springfield years later said that he looked the same.
I liked Bush SRs socks.

If you ever listen to National Anthem by Lana Del Rey the monalogue at the end is her reciting the note Jackie wrote JFK the night after his murder

You know the wars over and you lost, right?
@@Andrea-Art-Adventure I lost? I wasn't even born, yet. I was born north of Pennsylvania, BTW. So, I guess I "won", according to your warped logic. It wasn't really a war, more like a glorified looting expedition. The Yankees would murder southerners and abscond with their valuables and burn their houses and later say, it was a war. Boy, you got some pretty hair...and a pretty mouth...
I always wondered why some people want to get buried with certain items if you don’t take them with you with you pass.

1:07 i thought these socks had lines of cocaine to honor his time as head of the CIA when he had all that cocaine smuggled in by Barry Seal back in the 80s.
All these great leaders make Donald Trump just look like a little baby you just ever wish people truly felt shame
History always reassess people over the decades. No doubt similar feelings were expressed by these President’s opponents Of course history is mostly interested in the big picture so few Presidential foolishness is preserved.
@@bonnieparker9584 Exactly. Lincoln was hated in his day. Washington drew heavy criticism during his terms in office. They all got the last laugh, as will Trump.
