Hello mam when we warp the chocolate its melt in hand we use vanleer compound. before molding we wait till room temperature but this mistake comes when we warped it.it loss it shape also .please share us any tips mam how to handle it.and how to take potion of dark and milk compound any measurements in it. to stay without melt .Plese share tips mam i am interested in it to make homemade chocolate
