Do you ever notice when you're doing something hard (wrestling or boxing for example) and you hear "30 seconds!" How that gives you a burst of energy?

They quit easier nowadays bc the various activities they pursue on the internet take up so much of their mental capacity they don’t have much left in the tank for other, more practical, less online pursuits. Mental & physical exhaustion both have the same end result.

@@3User Sir respectfully, I understand that. My question is, "What is the makeup of the people, who didn't quit?" Were they the first there last to leave guys? Did they ask alot of questions? Were they more do'ers and not talkers?

@@Jeff_Thomas that is your problem: you think there is an answer when the answer is to just not quit. that's the only thing you have to do: not quit. you're already putting up a defeatist attitude by relying on someone else to keep you going on your journey of understanding here. there is only you to propel yourself forward.
@@Jeff_Thomas the answer is (coming from seal instructors): there are no key identifying characteristics. There is no prep course that will help people get through. They either get through or they don’t.

Presently my persistence regarding my thesis is based on the Seal BUDs thang that tends to say "we will tell you that you aren't worthy of this and must leave," such that if I feel threatened upon my path I continue to walk it and for this reason. Further more, that I have not given up is a result of this idea that to give up when you are being told not to might actually *be* the test.
So, am I being tested? Or threatened? This context must be made clear.
