- Barry doesn't go through with the hit on the leader of the Burmese mafia, so Noho Hank tries to kill him.
Barry (2018), Season 2 Episode 3. - Фільми й анімація
He's not even that mad at him for trying to kill him. He's just a little annoyed.
I think he got use to it since he in stress and a lot pressure
"I'm not mad. I'm just disappointed."
He knew he wasn't in any real danger
Well hank did help Barry out a few times and Barry never really paid him back
Yeah - 'What the fuck, man?!'
These guy's are like characters straight out of a GTA game.
No, they're more murderous and less retarded.
slimj091 yeah whenever they started dancing and just the lines like when the guy says “then you’re the king of suck balls mountain” it seems so much like gta lol
Mate they're pretty similar to the ballad of gay tony
From what I've seen this show is like GTA with a bit more a brain. I haven't seen a lot but most of what Barry does seems alright in terms of not being a fuckwad.
LMAO! Made me think of the weirdos in GTA IV.
"Dude, how the fuck did you miss?!"
"I don't know how to shoot gun!"
"O.K., You know this about yourself yet when I ask you to come to Barry you said O.K."
"Hank, there is a power dynamic here which prevents people fr-AAAAH"
That might be one of the best conversations in modern T.V.
That whole conversation killed me. And I'm in tears by the time he says "I got F**KIN' SHOT!!!"

@@debbiedoodiedandi Hank " what happened?" 😭😭 shit had me hollin.
“Same spot. Wow he’s so good.” Hank’s respect for Barry is one of the best parts of this show
Eh.. I'd say admiration. Nobody in the show really shows respect for anyone outside of lip service.
"Go to john wick assassin hotel with help wanted sign "
I LOST it when he said that xD
"Quote from clip everyone just watched"
Yep that's what was said in the video above.
Dude I totally missed that the first fucking time I was watching this but in dying now
I love that this show is making fun of those shit movies.
I love how Barry says "or you could just take the whole thing for yourself" but Hank isn't thinking about money. He's thinking about his bromance with Cristobal.
bromance? that relationship is a straight up romance my dude, remember their hug from the s2 finale?
@@nicola7021 You know, you're totally right.

I always thought the “no hoe” meant he liked men.. I mean he’s gay right.. The character?
@@claymac7895 I think he's just an effeminate straight guy. Ambivalent. But he's so weird and hilarious that it really doesnt matter. Noho...probably has meaning in ukraine. Doubt he would advertise being gay in his nickname...although dudes can also be hoes.
“If we suck balls then you are king of suck balls mountain” might legitimately be the funniest line of all time
Hader said the actor improvised it.

"Well, what do you want me to do? Go to John Wick assassin hotel with help wanted sign" the image this line evokes just cracks me up every time. Barry is brilliant start to finish, absolutely loved it.
Imagining hank just storming into the continental all flamboyantly and asking for a hitman is so fucking funny

My favorite character ever
Sadly I don't think it's going to happen because all of the awards will be going to Game of Thrones :(
Almost all the supporting cast should, although I was pleased when Henry won it
Barry would fall under Comedy. Therefore, he won't be competing against any of Game Of Thrones' nominees

Came to watch this scene again after bills interview on Conan saying he broke every time during this scene lmao.
AH, same here. funny
Oddly I saw this clip first, then I saw your comment and then a Conan video was in my recommended with this interview.
oh shit it on my list too

I love everything about this scene. It's hysterical. Love the fact that NoHo Hank just cannot help but dance and the henchman who has been crying and bitching the whole time just gets up and joins without even a hint of protest. He's just going 'Yes, this is completely reasonable. Let me get up and join.'
When the wounded guy starts dancing 😂🤣
At 1st I thought I was going to get annoyed with Hank, but he became my favorite character of the show

The line in the script was "My guys are shit!" and then reply "Well if we're shit, you're the king of shit mountain"
But the actor who plays Noho Hank said "My guys suck balls" so he could only reply with "If I suck balls you are king of suck balls mountain"

@@sammydubs9590 I bet you're right. In my case, I just haven't ever seen him before, but he's brilliant in Barry.
It's neat how we hear more sounds from them the more Barry learns about the situation....
- At first when he is totally unaware of what is happening, we just hear the bullets impacting on the wall
- Then after he looks in the direction they'd be coming from and we start hearing the gunshot and bullet "zip"
- And finally, when he looks out the window and sees them, figuring out their position and what's going on, we hear everything from the sound of the bolt being pulled back on the rifle to the argument they are having.
Brilliant sound design.
So true. Well said & great observation
Brilliant sound design goes unnoticed when it works, thanks for your analysis.
Wow you have a great ear for sound design, I’m sure whoever worked on it would be glad to hear someone noticed how much thought they put into the scene
The series has been great at slowly revealing details as a scene progresses. We learn about what's going on with the same perspective of the characters. It's done all over the place.
"50/50 with a Christobal! Bally's training me an army."
One of the coolest things in this scene is how Barry doesn't pay attention to the shots taken at him at first, thinking it's still part of the flashback/memory.
This show is great. And when he said that his inspiration for Anthony's character was a really nice Apple Store employee. Now every time I see him I laugh my ass off.

Bill Hader did that a lot on SNL so he wouldn't break character
bill actually says that he's usually looking down or away while in scenes with anthony, because anthony always makes him laugh.
Johnny Skyfire he broke character many times especially around John mulaney
@@jimmy_the_squid9456 bill is probably one of the most notorious people for breaking character

This is SUCH a fantastic scene. It basically sums up everything great about Barry-- the action, the ridiculousness, the fury, the gangster drama, the great acting, the wit, everything. The more I watch it the more respect I have for Anthony Carrigan's sheer range as an actor here-- that moment when he went total serious/gangster to silly lovable hank is so glorious and totally makes the scene.
I love the fact that the guy who got shot just started dancing too 😂
"Turn these pumpkins into Cindarellas overnight" Lmao. I love some of these lines.
Can we talk about how genius the beginning of the clip was? I mean it made you think that Barry was having one of those flashback-but-real-in-the-present moments. I thought those were imaginary bullets from his memory.
Tooba Tr that’s what I thought too especially how the scene before it ended
50/50 with Cristobal

“Go to John wick assassin hotel?” Underrated line
This is, unequivocally, the best show currently on television
There is a power dynamic which prevents me from telling you the truth 🤣🤣🤣
"Barry shot me in same arm, precisely same spot; wow, he's so good."
2:10 i just realized he references John Wick. God i love this show.
This is such a trip after watching Gotham, Anthony Carrigan is absolutely terrifying as Victor Zsasz, but in this i couldn't imagine him even mildly intimidating anyone. Truly a fantastic actor

Just the fact that Hank's guy get's up and joins him in his dance while wounded is so wholesome
That’s the classical Chechnyian dance , love it

I can foresee a NoHo Hank spin-off after Bill Hader tells HBO he's done playing Barry. Make it happen!
I don't know if it's going to work, Barry-Hank dynamic makes the whole character, Noho Hank without Barry will be like Walter White with different actor
Bill Hader is one of the writers, so he gets to write mostly whatever he wants. Him leaving is highly unlikely.
@@jaypeezulieta2146 A writer being done with an HBO after a number of season show is not unheard of. The key question is whether the co-creators of the show would allow HBO to have a spin-off based on a character they created.
