Cape Breton Highlands Oct 2020 VLOG

This footage has been sitting in storage for a loooooong time, so it seemed fitting to make use of a recent stretch of bad weather to chop it up. This was taken mid-October on my 3rd annual Cape Breton Island autumn retreat. Anyone watching this video is probably aware that it is an incredible time to visit the island, but hopefully these clips and photos can help convince those still on the fence!

A nicely edited video of a stunningly scenic location here in Canada. The drone shots provide a wonderful overhead perspective that compliments the ground shouts. The imagery captures an awesome sampling of typical woodlands found in this Acadian Forest Region. You've also nicely enhanced the overall videography with some humorous narration and musical accompaniment that provides great context and mood. Well done Curtis. I'll be checking out your other offerings.

Thank you, I plan to get back into a more regular rhythm now that I have some free time again for exploring. It should be a good spring, fingers crossed

Think I'll probably try something with more structure next time because it is quite painful going through the hours of random bits from a year+ ago 🤐 but a bunch of pics have stood the test of time, been licensing the one from Meat Cove a fair amount
