Ghost Trails with Fluorescein | Shanks FX "Halloween Special” | PBS Digital Studios

Create Halloween ghost-like trails with the compound known as fluorescien.
The powder form can be purchased on Amazon and gives off a darker green hue.
The fluorescien extract from highlighters gives off a light green.
I enjoyed working with both and each one will give you a slightly different look when put into water and / or alcohol.
This episode was inspired by the NightHawkInLight episode dealing with fluorescein.
