This year, my 55” LG B9 OLED broke down, and the panel replacement would be more expensive than what I initially paid for it. I was in the market for a QLED TV, since the people at home would usually watch stuff with static elements. I stumbled upon a good deal for a 50” QN90D: ~$680 plus a Samsung 2.1 channel soundbar. I didn’t know much about the TV at that point, but decided to buy it anyway. Was initially underwhelmed, and was just assuring myself that, at least, I wouldn’t have to worry about burn-in/image retention as much as I would with the B9. After some time, and after following RTINGS’ calibration settings, I must say I am pretty happy with the purchase. Colors are rich, and the brightness is plenty enough for almost all room lighting conditions. The Tizen OS is simple enough for my elderly parents, and snappy most of the time. I would recommend, especially if you find a good deal 👍🏾
S90D OLED and you still get game motion plus. I think the 43 and 50” mini led TVs are not super impactful compared to their counterparts and the viewing angles are poor
@@TechWithKGThank you, For future reference if you have connections with the big 3 Tv manufacturers tell them Gamers dont want eye strain from huge panels we prefer 42 to 50 inch TVs with all the high end features like QD Oled. Pretty annoyed with the huge sets getting all the good stuff.
Hello, I am very hesitant between the QN90D (43") and the S90D (48" in Europe) to play mainly Switch games. The two TVs are 150€ apart at the moment. What do you suggest? I want to have the best image quality and the best upscaling possible. I also looked at the Sony A90K model which is much more expensive and seems to offer better upscaling, but I wonder if it is really worth it considering that it is a WOLED just like the S90D in 48".
You can't compare Hisense tvs with Samsung and LG. While they gained ground in the tv market, this chinese brand and others as TCL can't hold a candle to the big boys.
Hey KG, I need your help. I'm planning to upgrade from a 65" to a 75" TV and I've stuck with the QN90A since its release because I haven't found anything else that matches its brightness and "pop." My question is, do you think the QN90D is on par with or better than the QN90A, particularly when it comes to brightness and overall pop in picture??
I am thinking about upgrading my 65” Q80c from a year ago. I am debating on the 77”S90D, 85”QN85D or 85”QN90D. Will the QN85D be a significant upgrade? Mostly for movies and gaming and football. I also have the 43” QN90D for my office and have been impressed.
Can you recommend a good 4k tv that doesnt make 1080p blu rays look they have the soap opera effect. I just picked a samsung and it makes most of my collection look like garbage. Im getting a little worried
On the description for Q60D Q70D The Frame, I mistakenly wrote Direct Lit, these are Edge Lit. Sorry for any confusion.
I have the 43 inch Samsung qn90d on the way to use as a pc gaming monitor. Fingers crossed I like it
I bought the qn85d 65 for £1019 with work discount
Its an amazing tv
Absolutely stunning picture quality especially watching hdr content

I just bought the 65” QN85D from Costco. If the price is cheaper on Black Friday, I can get that adjust 😊
I’ve just bought the qn90d 50 inch for £800 and hands downs I love it! Great tv
I would like to see a comparison video of both of them side by side so I can see the difference between the two of them.
Buying the QN90D this week in the 85" size. $1840 directly from Samsung.
Does this tv has blooming issue?
@BoruKagan nope
85inch qn90d for $1840? How could yo do that. So cheap...
Excellent review video! Thanks a lot for the info🙂
Where are you getting these prices?
What are the specs for the qn80d vs the qn85d?
All i need to know is which 42 inch is best for gaming? Qn90d s90d or lg c4? Not enough comparisons for Woled vs mini LED in these sizes

Wait the s90d 42"Woled tv is better than the 43inch qn90d mini led TV?

Yes without a doubt
Nice video keep up the great work
Thanks I appreciate that
Just grabbed a 55” Samsung Frame for $899 (!) and two weeks ago a 65” Sony X90L for $999.

Buying guide for OLED hisense tvs? Compared to Samsung and LG, I’d be interested!

If you can still find a QN90C from 2023, it is the way to go. If not, the QN90D is amazing, too.
Im surprised the qn95d has worse rating than qn95c?
Which one would you buy qn90D 85" or qn900D 75"
QN900D all day, even if the QN90D is an amazing tv, the 900 is just a little bit better in any aspects. 👌
I find s95d 65 in 1500 buy it or wait?
Thats a great deal id buy instantly at that price
Where u find that price ?

If you haven't done it already ready try turning off motion smoothing in your motion settings.
@@TechWithKG that was the first thing i did. did i just get a bad tv or is this common
83 inch s90d for 2700€ or 77 s95d for 3150€
S95d without a doubt
Go S95D unless you’re sitting quite far away
Personally I’d go with the s90d it’s much cheaper and picture is great
why does everyone recommend OLED for gaming, the HUD will cause burn in over time.
