It’s raining here in Viera Florida, pretty much all day, which left me feeling lethargic. So I just queued up this 10 minute video to do on my rebounder. Feeling much better now. Eleni I love this video so much, please make more just like it, I like that it’s all bouncy and the active jump rope in between numbers is perfect. More more please 😊❤😊
I have RLS and I can't express in words how much this helped me. It always gets worse when I'm sleepy and it's hard to get out of the bed and move around but this vid damn. Today is my long walk day with my husband and our dog. It’s about a three mile walk but not very fast because our dog is a senior pup, he’s about 105 in human years. Because it’s a leisurely walk I always feel I need to do a little something more. This All standing continuous bouncy workout is perfect, it’s perfect for the rebounder or on the floor. I love this workout and do it a lot. I’d love to see a new one, same flavor 😊 so I have a little variety. Thank you Eleni
I wish more dynamic movements like squats and things actually using our bodies were included more instead of jumping for the majority of the workout with very little diversity
