Cart came out great. I recently got a cart and installed a light kit, windshield and a carbon fiber dash. It came out great. All thanks to you tube. I saved lots of money doing the work myself. It was my first build and i'm pretty excited about the final product. Appreciate the content. Take care
What color is that green? My cart is a similar if not the same color, but previous owner had stickers all over it that damaged the paint. I want to repaint it with the same color.
Great Job on the cart. I am about to start a 1998 Club Car DS customization project. Mine is electric. I have a question about your headlights. I am looking into some that resemble the ones you have. You mentioned in the video about the headlights, like the mud guards, not fitting great. Did you solve the problem, or did you find lights that fit better, or did you just fuss with them until they were acceptable? Thanks for any advice.
Hey - thank you! I didn’t do anything above and beyond to fill any gaps or anything, you really can’t notice it unless you point it out. They look like they’re supposed to be there. The headlights weren’t too bad, you will need to cut the plastic around a contour and be able to do some wiring. Good luck with your build!
Jacob the front motor mount is suppose to have 2- 3/8 to 1/2 inch spacers between bracket and plate so bracket doesnt hit frame and rubber mount will stay in place. thought u might need to know when you go to fix yours...
Thanks for the insight - you are correct. I am having issues with that motor mount and that snubber mount - the motor angle vs the mount is a bit too extreme for the stock placement to work, and flipping the angle bracket around didn’t quite fix the issue.

Having same issue with the motor mount I completely took the bracket off probably not good on it looking forward to see what you come up with
Nice build, how much speed did you pick up with the bigger tires?
I don’t have an exact mph, it definitely feels like I picked up some on the top end. Nothing blistering, but noticeable nonetheless.
Did you have to do anything else with the snubber?
I actually just flipped the snubber over yesterday. We will see how it works! Will see how it goes
